Today I had the Mexican corn soup and turkey avocado sandwich! The pick 2! It was delicious!! Now I have to explain that I had a mouth that was numb sue to dental work earlier in the day, they were all so kind and the food was delicious! Would highly recommend this place!!

Ordered lunch on the website and went and picked up my order unfortunately they forgot my 1/2 bbq chicken sandwich. So I called and spoke with who I believe was the manager and he apologized sincerely. And then stated if I would like to come back and pick up the sandwich. I told him I would be able to drive back real quick since it was my lunch break. When I arrived the sandwich was ready for me but it was a full size sandwich. He also included some chips and a container of juice and cookie. Going well above what I was missing I was extremely appreciative of the excellent service. A mistake was made but he made sure to make up for it since I had to drive back a second time. This is the best service I have had in a long time at any place. Thank you! We will continue to order from this location even though its not the closest but they provide the best customer service.

Ordered chicken wild rice soup and a 1/2 chicken frontega online for a pick up. Took it back to work and I received chicken noodle soup and a very slim sandwich. $15 for one slice of chicken?? Inflation is real folks!

Usually love this place but what I saw today I will not return.Saw manager wipe off a table with his hand, then bend down and tried to adjust the wobbly table, pick trash up off the floor and recipe the table with his now dirty(contaminated) hand. Then he wiped off another nearby table with same dirty hand. No washing of his hands, no broom, no cleaning supplies and no gloves. If he does this what are others here doing? Unfortunately his actions color the other employees. Re-education needed here!!!!!

Panera ain’t what it used to be. $35 for two convenience market caliber sandwiches, two small chips and two ducks out of a machine. Supply chain issues or whatever they would tell me has enabled then to milk the customer for whatever they can. I’ll hit 7-11 next time

My warm bowl had quinoa that was not cooked all the way. I am a frequent customer for the same order item. this is one of my favorite items. Very disappointing. I thought someone should know. maybe more training for staff that putss orders together.
