One of the two Moses Lake BK locations. Their soda fountain was broken. For some reason, they keep their restrooms locked but would give customers the key if asked. The food tasted fine/standard for BK.

Please just shut this place down and bring in some new business. The people that work here are of low quality and it shows in the products they serve. I gotta say that this BK is a lot better than I remember it being. I used to avoid it like the plague. This year I haven’t been disappointed with the food quality, staff were quick to unlock the restroom, and the place has consistently been pretty clean.

Ordered 3 kids meals 2 chicken nuggets one cheese burger plain with bacon. Got home i got 2 kids meals with the nuggets but one with only fries and cookie no burger. Went back to the BK they handed it to me apologized. Got home cheese burger has everything on it ♂️extremely frustrated as I do not live close to BK.

Never had any issues here. My favorite place to get a quick burger. Always hot and tasty fries. Quick service. I always use drive through. Only one experience with a grouchy server there. But as often as I go there that is still a win.

Burger King’s whopper is one of my favorite fast food burgers. Sometimes it’s tough though to find a BK that checks all of my boxes. I stopped in to the BK on Stratford Rd. in Moses Lake the other day and I was very impressed. My order was taken by an exceptional staff member named “Fish.” Also, my food was delivered promptly and it was also very fresh. Management should be commended for all of this. I wanted to spotlight “Fish” most of all, his customer service skills are top notch. I highly recommend this BK!!

Average. Impossible Whopper should be retitled, “Impossibly High-priced XL School Lunch Burger.” Tacos are laughable–they actually squirt taco sauce on top. And lettuce would be nice! (See pic.) But those fries!! Pure heaven!!
