I ordered a Greek half salad with added olives and feta. The additions were barely noticeable, and the salad contained more pepperoncini than lettuce. I also customized a sandwich to add extra mozzarella, which was not included. The store was not busy at the time, so I’m disappointed the customizations weren’t followed. For nearly $9 for a half salad, I expected the order to be made as requested.

Placed a mobile order for a whole Ranch Parmesan BLT salad with NO croutons (also marked the order as an allergy) because I have celiac disease. When I picked it up I received a half order. I went back and asked if they could check my online order because I thought I maybe placed it incorrectly. I placed it correctly, they just made a half. The lady who took the order apologized and remade it for me with no issue… I thought!! When I looked in the bag I saw that it was made as a whole, but WITH croutons! So I had to go back a third time. I explained that my salad was again, not made correctly because it had the croutons on it and the salad didn’t reflect my original order. I explained that I couldn’t eat it or take them off because I have an allergy. The original lady that took my order understood/apologized and said they would remake it again. The lady remaking it was obviously upset at me. She audibly told the other employee in the kitchen to tell me “to take them off and stop being so picky.” I kept my mouth shut and stood there and watched her make my salad even though that was incredibly rude. She handed me the salad, I looked at it and noticed it was still made incorrectly. It was missing the chopped bacon that comes with the salad. I obviously was already a *huge* inconvenience to them so I decided to take the loss and just leave.

Went there yesterday for lunch. Haven’t had it in years and I remember why. I used to not mind the price because the quality was good, that’s clearly changed. Ordered my kid a ham and cheese with chips, didn’t receive my chips. The sandwich I ordered had avocado on it, which they stuck a WHOLE one that made the sandwich hard to eat. Literally took it off my sandwich and took bites out of it like an Apple. I had to sit in the drive through for 20 minutes for 3 COLD sandwiches and two soups. Which we all know those soups are made in bulk. Also, I didn’t get any napkins or utensils. Clearly I was just supposed to drink my soup out of the cup and not get the fixings in it. Ridiculous.

Didnt give me my side, didnt include extra dressing i asked for. Put tomatoes on it when i asked for no tomatoes. No fork, no napkins. I guess they ran out of lids for the salad? Nearly $30 for a tiny little half sandwich a pathetic little trey of lettuce, a few cookies and no drink.

Located on Reed St & W 105th Ave by Target. We were taking an evening walk and decided to stop at Panera. I ordered a latte, and my husband ordered a regular light-brew coffee.

It was an awkward feeling when they handed me my latte at the pickup window, almost rude. I asked about my coffee, and the gal told me to ask the other side where the cashier is located. I was handed a cup to self serve, however the coffee was too light, almost like water, so I tried the dark roast and only 1/4 of the cup filled with cold coffee. The cashier was nice enough to brew fresh coffee, though.

It’s not my choice of location in the future.

After a food delivery gone wrong via DoorDash, Isabelle really turned my day around! Excellent customer service and showed genuine care about my order. Additionally, I was greeted by Collin at the drive-thru window who was very kind and personable. Happy to be able to enjoy such yummy food on a cold day. Thank you, guys! Keep up the great work.

Panera is always a nice place for a sandwich. They are a little pricey, but they are good! The apple chicken walnut sandwich is my fave! They are pretty quick and the restaurant has plenty of seating and its kept clean! The order taker was very friendly! Nice job Panera!

I had probably my worst experience at a Panera ever today. I ordered delivery and almost every choice I made on the order were ignored. My child’s grilled cheese was basically a chunk of cheese, unmelted, in the middle of the slices of bread. Lots of the bread had no cheese on it. The bread itself was not grilled or toasted at all, so it was more like a regular cheese sandwich. I asked for mixed berry yogurt with the kids meal and I got strawberry. I asked for utensils but received none. However, all these items were checked off on the receipt attached to the bag. What’s the point of offering options when the staff doesn’t even look at the order while preparing it? With the exorbitant prices they charge, Panera needs to be trying harder.

The food was just meh. I got the Cuban sandwich and the chicken and wild rice soup. The soup had okay flavor but was better after adding tobasco sauce. It was too thick as a soup, even for a creamy soup. You could tell it had been out for a while. The sandwich needs work. Shouldn’t be on such a hard, crusty roll. Also, it could be built a lot better.

Went through the drive through and ordered the Italian steak mozzarella sandwich. Got home and the sandwich has completely no meat. Disappointed especially for the price.
