This location is completely abysmal. From the staff being slow and inconsiderate, the state of the restaurant in disarray and unkept every time we have gone, but this last time will be the last time. There were bugs in my soup. I called the store to inform them and request a refund but couldn’t speak to someone in English so I bypassed and called the health dept.

I waited at the drive thru speaker for over 25 minutes. Only 1 car in front of me and the kid has told me “Just hold on” twice now. Not even an apology or any sort of explanation. Once you’re in line you can’t even get out and leave because of the curbs and structures around it. Worst Panera EVER, can’t believe they are even still in business considering they take about 2-3 orders per hour! How can anyone really be THIS incompetent? Waited over 35 minutes in line total to not even order bc who would trust their food making capabilities at this point???

It was pretty good. It had a big open area and not a lot of people. They people taking our order was really nice. The food is a little more than others but that is because they give you a lot of food. This place was great and my only concern is how big the sandwiched are. But the solution to them is press down on the sandwiches. Other than that I think this is a good place to eat. That’s why I give this place 4 stars!

This place improved a lot since I started to come here 2 years ago. The service has been phenomenal, I actually get really excited to come around because now you can feel that the employees care about giving you a good service and serve you well. I highly recommend to everyone and to to anyone that has try in the past and wasn’t really happy to give a second try

Charged for medium drinks. Then when informed they didn’t have lids for them they told me I’d have to now throw away my medium drinks and buy the large drink if I wanted a lid. Poorly managed!!

I met the Crew today. Such an Awesome Guest Experience today! They make my day every visit! I love the Unlimited SIP Membership too! My favorite so far is the Sausage Flatbread Pizza, the Broccoli Cheddar Mac & Cheese and the Madagascar Vanilla Cold Brew! Well, that Strawberry Banana Smoothie is a zinger too! Thanks to Nora and Katie I really appreciate y’all! I love my Panera Bread! I highly recommend! Tell them Kevin’s Mommy sent ya! Ask for Katie and tell her I Tracy says “Hi!”.

Agree with others that service sucks. Ordered the night before and then waited in the drive a ridiculous amount of time after being notified by email it was ready.
Came back a second time. Horrible service. Food is fine. No one at front desk to provide cups after ordering off kiosk. They made everyone’s “ready” for their time counts but then went on to wait for another 15 minute.

I’ve now been here for 40 minutes. I got stuck in the drive through because there is no way to get out once you’re in. Clever construction considering you would lose every bit of business in the drive through if people could actually leave.
The menu is literally sandwiches, soups and salads. You could literally bake a loaf of bread and made sandwiches from it in this amount of time.
