Food lacks flavor. No cilantro in rice, chicken tasted unseasoned, beans had no flavor overall everything was just bland. I don’t understand how every chipotle can be so different. My rice is completely white and I ordered black bean. I have very little beans and no bean juice….. the food was just missing flavor. All the tables were dirty. And there was no rush no line. The food was so bland we had to ask for salt and lime. Even the trash cans were overflowing.

I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The employee who initially took our order was polite and professional, but the female manager (Maria according to other complaints about her) on duty made the entire interaction uncomfortable.
We ordered a bowl with double meat (chicken and steak). When we politely asked for an additional portion to reflect the double serving we expected, the manager intervened and insisted the portion was already correct. She then told us we could only add one more (additional charge) type of meat, even though we intentionally ordered both type of meat. She placed the food into our bowl carelessly and treated us and employees disrespectfully. While speaking with an obvious attitude, she told us we would be charged double meat twice. As paying customers, this felt unreasonable and absurd.
At checkout, we discovered we were charged four times for the meat on a single bowl — essentially the cost of another bowl. Which we still paid. The manager stood by the register to monitor the transaction and spoke to the cashier in a harsh, accusatory tone to confirm the charge. The situation created visible discomfort among the staff and customers.
Throughout the interaction, her tone was rude and dismissive. I have been a long-time customer, but after this experience I will not be returning to this location. Corporate should seriously evaluate who they are employing, as this behavior does not reflect acceptable customer service standards. I feel sorry for her staff who has deal with her attitude everyday.

The lady manager “working” the line scooping up sauces and staring into space was super rude and had no customer service skills at all. I had a pickup order for 12:30 and i came in at 12:40. I waited patiently as it was super busy which i totally get but after waiting 10 minutes i asked her if she can get my pickup order on the shelf behind her and she said “you have to ask the lady doing the orders were very busy” mind you she was just standing there doing nothing, meanwhile the poor lady doing the to go orders was doing her best and very busy. What a lazy attitude this woman had, would hate to work with that. Apparently she has a bad attitude according to other reviews, so wasn’t just a bad day

only one guy working every time, all the ingredients and does everything by himself. Then there is this lady with glasses, who just stands there and stares at people, every single time . It’s just annoying to be honest. Everyone is working, local full of people and she just stares and stands and messes things up, and talks about her life. And you can see the employees and the other people just don’t care about the conversation. She should really put her hand to work and stop gossiping around
What is her purpose there anyway? Because she doesn’t touch a bag or an ingredient.
Oooh and let’s not forget that last time , there was a mosquito in the bowl!!!

I really think a general manager should check the cameras and be on top of the girl with glasses because she messes up the team.
Reading the previous reviews, seems like I am not the only person that found either hair or mosquitoes in/on the food and also not the only person complaining about the same employee.

Absolutely horrible experience every time we have visited the store. We operate a large contracting company and all staff have had horrible experiences, especially with the GM Maria having horrible attitudes throwing food all over the place creating a very messy dish with very uneven portions. She has such a negative attitude that she will just walk away in the middle of making your order and let somebody else deal with you. Upon getting home, my food was smashed. Be careful when choosing chipotle do not choose this location as the GM is very unprofessional and if you have young kids, do not eat here as they do not cook the rice correctly as you will have issues with the kids eating burnt Hard very pokey rice/Food As we have also found hair and other items in the food that should not be. Chipotle is great just choose a different location.

I’m leaving a 4 star because of I’m assuming the manager. The place was packed as it was lunch rush and this lady was just standing and not helping her crew. When it got to packing my bowl, this lady yelled at her staff and said that the lid wasn’t closed. He went to grab a new one but I said it’s fine because i’m dining in anyways. The whole time i was eating she was just staring at her workers and not helping. I feel sorry for the workers there.

The first bowl I received through the app order was an embarrassment—my wife picked it up, and it looked like they just threw scraps into the container. I called to get it resolved, and the manager had the nerve to give me an attitude instead of apologizing. So I wasted more time driving back to the store, only to find out they were completely out of white rice, brown rice, beans, chicken, AND steak. How does a restaurant run out of all the basics an hour before closing?
When I showed up at 9 PM, an employee thought it was funny to load up the bowl I brought back with even more cheese and cold sour cream, clearly trying to mock me as a customer. I got home and checked the temperature of the bowl—55 degrees. The food was ICE COLD and completely inedible.
This is beyond unacceptable. Chipotle needs to seriously address the incompetent staff and appalling service at this location. I will keep reposting this review every day until I hear directly from corporate with a resolution that reflects the frustration of paying customers who are sick of this kind of treatment. Do better.

My first visit to a Chipotle and definitely my last. First of all my wife has a gluten allergy and when we mentioned this to our server it became apparent he had no idea what we were talking about. Thats not his fault, it just comes down to a lack of training but food allergens are important so training is paramount. We were given a card by the manager which explained what my wife could and couldn’t eat but by then we had lost our place in the queue.
Secondly, no chicken unless we were prepared to wait another fifteen minutes.
Thirdly, the food was cold, all of it. I couldn’t be bothered to wait in line to complain so we left and ate somewhere else. Don’t waste your time and money here.
