Little upset that my sandwich had black rotten lettuce in it! Then they didn’t have any cheese for the items I wanted to order. Macaroni was super watered down. Service had no smile! Upset for the price I paid for a pick 2 option that had rotten and watered down food.

We were never greeted. No one working the cash register so we had to use the kiosk. Employees playing around in the kitchen. Very poor service. Food was good but pricey.

In general I have gone to this location several times and have been underwhelmed to annoyed every time. Whoever is in charge of maintaining product does a poor job of keeping this location stocked. I cannot remember what me time I have been greeted when coming in, most of the time there is nobody at the counter. On at least three occasions they have not called out our number or name and our food has gotten cold. Very few of the employees are willing to go the extra mile in this service location or as I suspect is more likely they have not been trained by management/ownership on the generally accepted procedures there. This is a location that is in a prime shopping area and should be bustling if corporate could step in they need to because the ownership appears to be clueless on what to do.
