I hate that it took me this long but I needed to give a huge shout out to Yolanda. Why would an amazing human being she is. I DoorDash some food and when it got here there was an item missing. I called the store in Yolanda said yes she knew and she couldn’t catch the DoorDash driver soon enough. She asked if she could get it for me another day I said it was actually for someone at my house He’s dinner and she said okay let me see if I can get it to you. This woman actually got an her vehicle took my address down and brought it to my home. That right there is dedication at it’s finest. I know people don’t think fast food service is hard but I’m here to tell you it is. And for somebody to go above and beyond like that, well it shows you their character. She actually cares about her job and how people see and inform an opinion about her job!!! Because of this woman I will always return to Jack in the box

I placed a drive-thru order, a small order of 5 pieces of chicken strips. They told me to park out front. After 8 minutes, my son went to ask about the order and they told him 5 more minutes, 25 minutes passed and they never came out to get me. I had to go inside to get my order only to be told: “Sorry, we forgot to bring it to you.”
This is simply ridiculous, this happened at evening, I hope the morning shift is better, anyway I’m not coming back here again at less I want to lose my time and got my food cold.

Got told to move to the parking lot from drive through to keep drive through times down and proceeded to wait over an hour for our food, and half of it was missing. There was 1 other car waiting for food, please retrain or hire new staff as I’ve worked plenty of fast food and an hour for food is ridiculous

The jerome Idaho store needs some customer service training. Their drive thru is closed but they can’t seem to take orders up front very quickly. DeAndre sold me rotten tea and couldn’t take a second to apologize. I had to wait while my food hot cold for a drink replacement because the lobby machine is broke. Not going back. The team has no sense of pride in their jobs. So sad. Took my food to go after deciding not to eat in a dirty restaurant.

Ordered doordash, 2 munchie meals, a fry and a drink. The meals had a coffee and a shake, and the drink was a coke. Instead I got 2 cokes, no shake, no coffee. Fries were cold, people really need to be more accurate. I’ve worked there in the past, horrible management that just wants to rush everything.

It’s jack in the box… it is delicious…if feels like no matter where you go they take forever to get your meal.. and generally get something wrong. Keep those expectations in those guidelines and you will be fine

If I could give no stars I would. I had to search for which window to go to because nobody was at any of them for the drive-through. The young lady who took our order. Must’ve been busy doing 12 other things because I had to repeat myself about 10 times and when we got our order, it was still wrong. It took forever to get served, and we were the only person in the drive-through at all.
And to make it even better the bathrooms were a filthy mess

We went into the drive thru and ordered a tiny taco, 2 eggrolls, a curly fry and two shakes and they had us pull forward and we waited for an hour on our food. Then they brought the food out and it was six tacos. We still waited and it took about another 10 minutes. The experience was awful and I do not recommend this Jack in the Box.

We went through the drive through around midnight since its the only place open. The person working didnt greet us or anything, the only thing they said was give me a minute. Which okay that’s fine, it took about a minute to be able to order. We pull up to the second window and pay, then she hands us our drinks and asks us to pull to the front and park. We park and sit and awhile passes so I look at the receipt to see when we ordered.. 12:18am! I am currently writing this review at 12:55am and we have just got our food. We ordered tiny tacos and chicken nuggets, and four people who went after us got their food first! What is she by herself? I get if its busy but there was only two cars parked when I parked.
