I bought 2 fan fav boxes and both were missing the curly fries. After waiting 15 or so minutes and pulling to the front I got my food. I understand being short staffed but it happened yesterday with my food being messed up and having to wait awhile too. I love Jack in the box but y’all need to get it together in Jerome. You have high employees with dab pens in their pockets and orders not being done right. I do have to say tho the older lady worker was AMAZING and had amazing customer service.

Went inside to eat. Took us 45 minutes to get our food. Asked what was taking so long and was told shorthanded. However, at least 20 vehicles came and left the drive through. I asked for the managers name and was told, “We’re too busy to answer that.” A lady ahead of us quietly waited an hour for her food. A door dasher left without the order she came in for because of the long wait. I am usually a fan of Jack In The Box, this was horrible. It’s supposed to be fast food, not take your money fast and ignore you food.

I usually go to taco bell across the street, but I’ll be stopping by your place more because of your team. Gosh.. I’m so disappointed The food was not good. Everything was Cold. But because my husband doesn’t like me to complain or make a fuss in public. I get to do it on here and waste our money. We were in the drive-thru and ordered 3 cheddar bacon biscuits, the associate told they weren’t able to serve anything with eggs. Not sure if we were getting the truth or they didn’t want to be bother fixing breakfast items in the afternoon.

Asked for hot fries and senior discount for my mom, neither happened. Prices have gone up a lot since my last visit to a jack n the box. Food wasn’t very impressive. Could have ate at a sit down for around this same price. Fries were old and coldish.

It’s a regular JITB. but this location usually has issues for graveyard shift. In the past year been closed a couple times. Been no shakes a couple time 1 time only cash. Just different things. But hey it’s Idaho and it’s in Jerome.

June 3, 2023 around 10pm drive thru didn’t look to busy, got to the order menu only to sit there for ten minutes no response, decided to move on without ordering (a bypass lane would be nice) sat in line for another ten or so minutes the pickup in front of me got their order pulled away and I left I will not return to any jitb in the future the service used to be good here.
