Nice to have a closer PB near by. Neat lil small restaurant. Has dine seating but not a lot & patio seating. They have a drive thru window. Service was good & timely. Food was good, really enjoyed the harvest chicken salad. At the time they didn’t have any chips to go with my pick two. They have several kiosk to order from then pick up your food.

I LOVE Panera bread, but this location should be avoided. I ordered the onion soup and green goddess salad, my norm. The soup was cold with unmelted cheese and didn’t taste anything like what I normally get. $25 for food I didn’t enjoy and soup I throw in the garbage. Avoid this location.

Went through the drive thru. Waited about 10 minutes for a small order. Received a burnt half sandwich, tomato soup, and dry cinnamon roll. The made with love sticker felt like a slap on the face.

Without question, this is the best Panera I have visited so far. Kudos to Perro for going above and beyond to assist us with our orders, food, and creating an absolutely amazing atmosphere.

My wife ordered through the drive-thru today. When she got home we were missing a sandwich and the bread that came with the salad was thrown in the bag unwrapped. I’ve never had this happen before. Pretty gross!

It is really great having a Panera Bread in the Neighborhood. The food is always satisfying and well prepared. It seems their menu is not quite as extensive as 10 years ago. But, it’s still quite tasty. In particular the sourdough bread bowls are delightful. Look forward to enjoying Panera Bread for weeks (years) to come!

Spent $30+ for 2 steak sandwiches, a soup and a salad.

Both sandwiches had a grand total of one ounce of steak combined. The soup had no seasoning; it tasted like they blended water and butternut squash, then added pumpkin seeds. The salad ingredients were obviously whatever bottom barrel supply they order. The dressing tasted good, though. Too much money for low quantity and quality.

The food was horrible. The beagle was raw. I got the chipotle sandwich. It was missing eggs and cheese.

GO TO A DIFFERENT Store!!

I usually enjoy Panera, but this visit was really disappointing because of the service. A young staff member completely ignored me while I was standing at the counter waiting for help, even though she clearly saw me. I waited longer than I should have, before being acknowledged with an attitude based “what?”. It made me feel unwelcome and frustrated, which ruined the experience. Good food doesn’t make up for poor customer service, and this visit definitely fell short.

Today I went to this Panera Bread’s drive thru & the girl on the speaker was so rude for no reason. Rude enough for me to leave and not purchase a meal. It’ll be a long time before I waste my time coming over here again. This was my second time coming. The first time, they were also rude but figured they were having a bad day since they just opened and all. But now I know they are just rude no matter what. Panera Bread….do better!
