I was here last week during one of their busiest times/days. I had never seen it that crazy in there and I come here quite often and let me tell you! The gentleman who runs the food was ON IT trying to make sure everyone got their food as fast as possible. The kitchen was communicating to push out orders like a well oiled machine! There was a counter worker who id asked about my order and he went to check on it and never came back but it was busy so I didn’t really mind. The only reason I gave 4/5 was bc on another occasion I visited here and waited for curbside order that was ready and sitting there and nobody ever came out. Other than that great place, hard workers, good food.

Hands down the worst Panera I have ever patronized. Delivery orders are regularly missing items or just completely wrong. They wouldn’t even answer the phone until fairly recently. Last 2 times a customized sandwich was prepared and delivered without ANY of the customization, pastries are charged but missing about 30% of the time. You will eventually get your money back if you call and complain but they “only refund cafe prices not the higher delivery prices” so if a pastry is missing the refund is less than you paid and nothing you say will change that. This cafe is a franchisee and apparently Panera can’t control the horrible management and lack of customer service this cafe gets away with for years.

Out of all the paneras that I’ve been in and out of state to compare with this is always the worst. They always run out of things, not clean, counters are always sticky, customer service is always horrible, they excuse themselves with “I just work here” and I never recommend there restrooms. If you have a choice of coming here or anywhere else, go somewhere else. You will be treated better and chances are that your food will be better too.

Horrible service. The cashier was waving the bagel around going towards the area where they make the sandwich. That’s just freaking gross collecting bacteria and everything else in between the area. Extremely unsanitary. Not only that, she wouldn’t even bother to clarify the order making my order wrong. They also took 30 mins and when I received the bag it’s just full of oil stains/or fingerprints. They didn’t have any sense of urgency as they keep talking about celebrities.

Terrible service. They said they were backed up, which I understand but when I arrived my food wasn’t in the to go area, so they said it would be out shortly. It was 7:30 and I ordered my food at 6:53 and was at Panera at 7:05. I then was handed the wrong order, went back and it had been on the to go area for a while. He clearly knew the name of the order because when I got there he asked. I don’t really complain, but seemed like it wasn’t a big deal to them or acted like it was ok.

As soon as we arrived we noticed how clean the restaurant was and that is the first start. The second star came for all the different pastries, souffles, and coffee types were available. The employee that we had was helpful and brought everything to us, third star. Finally, the food itself was scrumptious and nothing beats fresh brewed coffee.

I’m really bummed about the experience my wife I had. I personally hadn’t been to a Panera Bread since 2013, I was looking forward to seeing how they’ve expanded and what new options were being offered. At first glance it looked like they’ve added several new menu items. The focus was on the pizza and sandwiches. They had other offerings such as salads, soups, baked goods and drinks. Since everything looked good my wife and I decided to treat ourselves and order a variety of things to share together.
