After a bad initial experience, I tried this place again and was even more dissatisfied. Not only was the cinnamon bun stale but there was a patron sitting in a nearby table with his shoes off and legs stretched so his feet were on the chair opposite him. This made the coffee and bun taste even worse than it was to start. I commented to the cashier and either they didn’t hear me or maybe thought I was complaining!!!! Don’t think another chance is ever forth-coming.

I love Panera Bread, and we order lunch here quite often for the office. The food itself is good. However, there is always something wrong with our order. Every order, it never fails. They have forgotten to include an entire sandwich in our bag, didn’t include a bakery item, and today decided to disregard the customizations on a sandwich and just made it how it comes. Disappointing to say the least.

I will not be coming back here. Every single sandwich is TERRIBLY made. I have tried every single sandwich on the menu and all are not made well at all. Almost feels like they’re reheating a packaged sub. Missing half the sandwich with little sauce, bread is burnt. Mac n Cheese is the only thing on point. The rest of the menu is a waste with the people working here.

Two stars because they refunded the cost of the sandwich, but this shouldn’t have been given to someone to eat. And what do you do when you order this for lunch, get back to eat it, and it smells so bad you can’t? Just go hungry the rest of the day? I must say, I was absolutely disappointed in my meal from this Panara Bread. I’m not one to post a review typically, but today was just not up to par. I want to start with the fact that I didn’t get exactly what I ordered. I ordered a pick two with a Turkey Avocado BLT and Broccoli cheddar soup but upcharged to be in a bread bowl, I also ordered a Mango Smoothie to try. I got everything, except the bread bowl, but I wasn’t upset because it’s likely they just heard a side of bread instead of bread bowl. No big deal, the sandwich was fine and exactly what I expected from a BLT. I’d order it again, but the smoothie was less than satisfying. It just tasted like chilled Greek yogurt (good on yall as it’s advertised as being made with that) that was dyed a light orange to give it the appearance as if Mango was added. No Mango flavor once so ever, but again not really something to give a 2 star review on. It wasn’t until I sat down to eat my soup that I pulled out an entire piece of… potato skin?? Honestly I have no idea what this is and my best (and hopeful) guess, was it was a potato skin. Either way, pulling any kind of foreign object out of your soup would make most people loss their appetite, and that I did. I threw the whole thing away without taking a bite. Overall, I was very disappointed in the quality and care of my meal. This alone made me feel the need to post this review.

I love Panera but this location is HORRIBLE…my husband walked in at 10:58 and two people in front of him were ordering and he was next in line and ordered a egg sandwich the cashier (who has very little teeth) informed him that it was 11:01 so they would not make him an egg sandwich. Every time we go in here it’s dirty and the staff is very unfriendly we will not being going back.

The place was popular when opened, but it has gone downhill so fast. They are always put of food options. I went yesterday, and they didn’t have cheese, bread, mac and cheese, chips, salads, etc. They litterally had nothing. It got to the point that on every sandwich, there had to be a substitution.

Everything is good. There is room for improvement. A better selection of breads off the shelf at reasonable prices would be good. Acoustics could be improved. Try adding a second pot of dark roast coffee. I noticed it is popular in the morning. I know a few people that are on the Keto diet. A Keto friendly bread that has a good texture and taste would probably be a homerun.
