I know this place was extremely busy when I experienced it but I will NEVER go back to this location again. I ordered takeout, 2 salads and a cookie. I should have left when they said they were out of Romaine lettuce. When I got back to the hotel, I took the food out of the bag and discovered the following: 1) My Caesar salad was dry. No dressing at all. The ingredients were old, the croutons staler than they should be. 2) My wife’s salad was okay but I had gotten the dressing on the side. When she poured it out, we realized they must have been running out of that as well because it looked like it was about 2/3rds dressing and 1/3rd water. 3) The bread was so dry it crumbled. 4) The cookie was so full of salt that it is inedible. I LOVE Panera’s bread and cookies. I am throwing half of this away because it is so bad. To repeat, despite the valiant attempts by the young Black woman trying to make the kitchen work, I will NEVER return to this Panera location. Never.

The Flat bread pizza is delicious and my wife loves the teriyaki chicken bowl. The food is cooked really well and in a timely manner. Her frozen strawberry lemonade was alright but not great.

The caramel latte was delish. The bakery section was almost empty so that was disappointing. The chocolate chip cookies are yummy as is the pecan twist, although the twist would have been better heated up. Employees were friendly.

This was made by Gerry, or Jerry the manager. Both sides of my sandwich was totally messed up. One side had both tops of the sandwich, the other side was both bottoms of the sandwich. Plus on each half, one had only chicken and cheese and the other half had only avocado. I didn’t ask for them to be separated. They wouldn’t remake my food either. Very disappointed! I mean, I paid for this… they did leave out the pico and peppers like I asked.

This location had been going downhill for awhile. I have given several chances but orders are wrong more than 1/2 the time… today I got a Chicken Fuji Apple Salad with no chicken! A week ago I had almost a $200 bagel breakfast order and bagels were barely done and selection type was poor (mostly cheese and sesame). Employees and managers are minimally friendly at best and it doesn’t do any good to call store to conplain or get a resolution because they never answer the phone.

Great food. I had the broccoli cheddar soup and it is thick and filling. I also had the green tea and a pumpkin muffin which is always a treat. If you’re really hungry, getting your soup in a bread bowl adds more bang for your buck(more filling). The workers there are very helpful and courteous. In addition to being very good tasting food, Panera bread also donates its’ extra food to local charities like area churches etc.
