Very delicious light options. We tried the Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli bowl, half Chipotle Chicken Melt with half Chicken Cesar Salad. This Panera Bread was typical to most other Panera Breads and we received what we expected. Everything was enjoyable.

Nice people. But food is extremely overpriced and very small portions. Paid $7 for a tiny piece of lettuce, which is sad considering you can buy a whole head for 98 cents at the store. salad was as big as my hand and came with a teaspoon of dressing. Great place for a quick soup, sandwich, or salad. One thing that was frustrating was the location of the self-serve kiosk (nobody behind the counter so the only option). Kiosk was located halfway down the entrance on the left. Very awkward trying to order, not a lot of room at all. Other than that, it was good.

Bad service. Drive through employee was in a terrible mood. He lied about our gift card not working I guess because it was more convenient for him to just charge us than figure out how it works. He also got our order completely wrong, and my sandwich is completely unwrapped.

Waited with another customer for a long time but nobody ever came to the ordering counter. Finally used a kiosk to order but EVERYTHING was out of stock…all the bread baskets were empty…could not get the kind of bread I wanted for my sandwich. Settled for a grilled cheese and soup…they cave me exactly 2 croutons in a baggy for my soup…grilled cheese was barley grilled and they forgot the extra baguette I ordered for my soup. Food was good, but the restaurant was not clean. No tables had been wiped down since the night before. The staff seemed surprised that customers were in the restaurant. One of the employees was sitting on a bench, not working, while texting and wiping her nose.

Ordered a Madagascar vanilla cream cold brew on 05/30/2023 like I have many times “Tasted Horrible” also ordered boiled eggs and parfait took 20 minutes longer than time quoted to get those items and I’m pretty sure drink was made first which attributed to it’s horrible taste and clumps which I’ve never seen in this drink!
