I probably will not come back to this Panera bread, even though I have been there many times. They gave my wife a bowl of soup that wasn’t completely full. When I went back to the counter and asked them to fill it, the response was that it was three scoops. First of all, I ordered a bowl, not three scoops. Second, how hard is it to put a little bit more soup in the bowl? I paid 7.50 for it! It’s a small detail but I find it pretty annoying, especially when I have normally tipped at this place. The one time I didn’t, because the kiosk didn’t ask me if I wanted to, they didn’t fill up the bowl. I get annoyed by stinginess.

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve always loved Panera bread. I always manage to leave a little bit hungry, but feeling healthy. The music choice and volume is a bit annoying. Their stores are not as pristine as they used to be, however this location seems to be much nicer than the ones in Arizona. They offer Wi-Fi and great hazelnut coffee, a great chill place to work on the internet. I always bring earplugs.

I was very disappointed with the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken itself had zero flavor. One of our chip bags had a hole in it. The order was packed to go, when we were dine in. The men’s room is nasty. It looks like months of filth built up on the walls.

Their customer service was amazing. There was an issue that was completely my fault but management went out of their way to fix it and more. The drinks are always stocked and food is always fresh, lettuce and all!!

Only reason I gave 4 stars for service was that I wasn’t made aware that they were out of fruit cups which I paid for but when I got my food, I didn’t realize it wasn’t there until almost the end of the meal. Went to ask about getting my fruit salad and was informed that they were out of stock on them. They attempted to make it right by letting me choose a side, which I just got a piece of French bread but I was still kinda miffed.

I would recommend not hiring kids with horrible mothers. This kid had a horrible attitude and I could see where he got it from. This lady was yelling and being really ugly to the manager to the point where everyone in the place could hear. It’s really unprofessional to have your mom come up to your place of employment to make a scene.

Update: Finally tried it & was underwhelmed. Spent about $60 and let’s just say it wasn’t worth it. The sandwiches are about $10 and it looks like like something I could make at home. It was mostly lettuce/spinach and a slice of meat lol.

I had the greek salad and the tomato soup. Both were delicious, and I loved the fact that the soup was really hot, not just semi-hot. They came with a drink and an apple. “Panera Bread” is very spacious and you can also sit outside. The service is quick and everything is clean and welcoming.
