We’ve been here quite a few times and the food has always been really good. Definitely worth the 45 min drive one way. Tonight again the food was delicious. (Waited 25 minutes for it but it was kinda worth the wait! Also, the best part of the experience was Tomiko. She was absolutely awesome! So friendly that you cant help but smile and she’s this way with every customer that came in the door! Was doing everything herself but cooking, (probably would of gotten it quicker if she did) lol. Tomiko you truly go above and beyond with your job and definitely deserve a raise! Thank you for your kindness!!

I recently started working down the street from there and began going because I haven’t seen a long John silvers in a long time. No matter what whoever takes my order always sounds extremely unpleasant so much so I actually can’t go back and definitely will not recommend. I don’t think some of the folks employed realize they are in service. Honestly if you dislike your job so much then leave it’s sad Everytime I hear the recorded voice come across I’m like finally someone pleasant. Whenever you place an order you will never be asked if want a drink or sauce and if you say I’d like a drink I was asked very condescending if I was sure about the add on I’m honestly disappointed. Extremely poor experience and again I will not be back good is always soaked in grease. Stay far from this place if you like a bite to eat with at least a decent experience. I see why ppl don’t seem to go there more then employees over the food but both could use work.

We saw the $6 chicken fish on tv… It was out of the way but worth the drive. We ordered the $6 basket and the shrimp and fish platter. It was piping hot when it arrived at the table. The batter on everything was light and crispy. OKAY, the chicken was better than the strips at most chicken places. Only thing I would add would be some dipping gravy. Y’all need to rediscover LJS’s… The shrimp was delicious !!!!

Put in a DoorDash order for here. The 3pc chicken meal was missing from the bag. I called DoorDash support and they were helpful in getting the missing meal resubmitted and out for a new delivery. The dasher gets to the location to pick it up. One of the workers is saying that the order went out already. I explained the situation and the dasher relays it. I assume it was the manager, but they come out claiming that everything was delivered as she packed it up herself. Packed it where? It was not in the bag, I would not be jumping through hoops if it was. Now they are refusing to make my meal even though it was processed through DoorDash and comes at no cost to them personally. I am just trying to get the lunch that was paid for and not delivered.

Went in last evening for dinner. Lady working front desk was a little stand off-ish walking around lobby instead of getting food out, seem liked most the employees working had attitudes and arguing with each other which whole lobby could hear, other lady working lobby was rushing around to clean all you could smell was cleaning supplies stuff all in the way no where to stand and wait for order. Which felt like 30 mins.
In all: I feel like if you’re spending money a certain level of professionalism isn’t too much to ask for and it just wasn’t met. Food Did tasted good. Be nice if you could get drinks when you buy a combo.

The LJS phenomenon needs to be studied. It doesn’t matter what you heard or what you remember you need to go and bear witness to this anamoly. The staff were great the food was great everything else is inconclusive I’m going back to see how fast it changes.

The lady was so awesome with us, we no longer have long john silvers in tucson. We just happen to take a trip up to Wisconsin and that was one of our stops to eat. We ate at the one in Merriam, Ks.

It was ok. The prices seem fairly expensive. And the food was heavier and had more grease than I remember. But you still can’t beat Long John Silvers fish and chicken. It probably been 10 years since I’ve eat at LJS and will likely be another 10 years now. The staff was friendly, the food was good but pricey. The facility was fairly run down.

Excellent Long John Silver’s fish & sides. (We had the 8-piece family meal with coleslaw, corn, and hush puppies — a lot of food — for just $36.) The dining area was closed tonight, so we used the drive-thru. We had to pull forward and wait a short time while they cooked our food, but the service was friendly, and we enjoyed a delicious hot meal.
