The food is fresh and very delicious with a wide variety of fresh pastries. Great customer service, friendly, respectful, courteous, efficient and professional. The facility is fresh and clean, well staffed and kid-friendly. Also has plenty of seating indoors and outdoor patio with view the easily accessible Hwys 75 South, 121 and Sam Rayburn Tollway. Has unlimited parking space because it’s inside a strip mall area.

My husband placed an order for a Southwest Chicken Caesar salad. To my surprise the was no avocado in the salad at all. I called and I was informed they were out. The person was nice that I spoke with, but I think it should be posted in the store when ingredients aren’t available just in case the person taking the order forgets. Otherwise I love the salad it’s one of my favorites there.

Very disappointed. The new chicken sandwich is no where close to how it has been advertised. The bun was not toasted, no sauce,. The chicken was not cooked properly either. The Margarita Pizza was also very lame with no cheese spread across and it was basically flat bread that was given.

Everytime I come here and order a sandwich with extra veggies yall can never seem to understand that you have to actually do it that way. I love Panera but this location my yall suck at doing orders the right way. It’s not that hard I also work in fast food/ restaurants before. Everytime I go there’s never that much of a rush either smh. Overall lazy.

Blood orange lemonade i wish I could buy at a store so delicious. Today I ordered the New pepperoni Flatbread pizza it was large! $12.43 got me 6 slices and the delicious Blood Orange Lemonade (FAVoRITE) I really like the fresh mozzarella slices on the pizza and the crispy edges it was filling and enjoyable pizza will order again!

Disappointed I did an online order, picked up and when I got to my hotel I opened it, took everything out and there was a rotten apple in the bag. The bag had 2 apples for some reason but one was completely rotten. It ruined my whole meal. I do not recommend.

Sandwiches were cold and not made right, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and they didn’t put the spicy sauce. Would have been one star, but the food came very fast, which makes it even stranger that the sandwiches were not hot.
