Fantastic customer service from Nina. It made my day how she went above and beyond for not just me but the person in line in front of me. Great sense of humor too! Coffee is hot and the hazelnut isn’t burned or overbrewed. Almond milk is behind the counter. Good stuff!

My black bean soup was great, but the lettuce in the Greek salad was frozen. Inedible. When I let them know, they jyst said, “Thanks, we’ll definitely throw that lettuce out.” Then went right back to stocking napkins. No gift receipt. No going back to throw out the lettuce. Nothing.

I was the only member of our seven person group to order a whole sandwich. The others got some combination of sandwich and/or soup and/or salad. So I was startled when my “whole sandwich” arrived. What I had on my plate was two halves of two different sandwiches. Both halves had the same ingredients. But there was no way to configure the two rectangles to make one larger rectangle because of the length of the sides. The two halves also looked a little different and they tasted different. One, the larger of the two, was quite tasty. The other half was considerably cooler and slightly soggy. I kind of regret not taking a photo.

The food is fresh and very delicious with a wide variety of fresh pastries. Great customer service, friendly, respectful, courteous, efficient and professional. The facility is fresh and clean, well staffed and kid-friendly. Also has plenty of seating indoors and outdoor patio with view the easily accessible Hwys 75 South, 121 and Sam Rayburn Tollway. Has unlimited parking space because it’s inside a strip mall area.

Great family seating, good service, and wonderful food—especially the bread bowl soups. It’s an easy in-and-out spot, and you can grab pickup orders or pastries while you’re there.

The food has really gone downhill. My Asian inspired salad was all iceberg with fake looking wontons, barely any sliced almonds and a sad sandwich which was not what I ordered falling over off the plate. It really is sad. I will never eat at Panera again.

Food is great and my orders are always correct, but it is difficult to get help no matter which way you order and it is often dirty. Pickup orders aren’t put on pickup shelves, and it is extremely inconvenient to spend several minutes trying to get someone’s attention when you are in a hurry.

The sandwiches were amazing, full of protein. The only concern was that a couple of the employees were making weird noises in the back and it was very concerning, I even heard a lady say she thought there were cats in the kitchen.
