Had a quick lunch with my hubby, and was pleased to see the cream of chicken with wild rice soup was back. Put it in a bread bowl and it’s even better. (Whoever invented the bread bowl is one part genius and one part jerk… it’s less healthy that way, but delish. )

Stopped here on a trip to get some food and get some work done. Staff was friendly, food came within a few minutes and was excellent. The place was clean including the bathrooms. Wifi was fast as well.

I love going to the Panera in Rockwall. The staff is always very friendly and fills my order promptly. In and industry with such high turnover it really says something about the local managers in that they are able to retain some of the excellent team members that make my visits a delight. Thank you!

I have always loved Panera Bread, I live abroad and whenever I’m back I have to come and get my favorite salad, the fuji apple salad. My husband ordered the baja bowl salad and loved it. We both ordered a bowl of squash soup, unfortunately the soup was too sweet, it tasted like liquid pumpkin pie. Will definitely be getting another soup next time!

Came in for lunch. My order was simple. Ham and cheese on white bread with mayo and lettuce only. Sandwich came with tomato so I too it back and requested they remake it. Second sandwich came back with onions on it. I returned the sandwich again and told them they made it wrong again. The manager then throws another employee under the bus by saying the sandwich always comes with onions even though the receipt clearly shows mayo/lettuce only. I didn’t make it wrong, it was wrung in wrong. Well the first sandwich didn’t have onions on it. The worst example of customer service is deflecting blame and saying it wasn’t me. Why didn’t she just do her job and apologize and remake it again? Worst employee ever. Wish I knew her name but her shift ended at 3pm Monday 8/14.

Well, I like the fact that you can order your food on the front tablets and pay at the same time when you walk in!! So no communication whatsoever!! So that was pretty good that you can order food without being bothered!! It took about 5/6 min until I got my food. For what I paid the portion was very small! A half sandwich, a very hard piece of bread and a little tiny bowl of side dish! The taste was okay, it was not something special that make me to come back here again!

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with high hopes. Instead of getting a hot delicious sandwich, I waited 10 minutes and got a very mediocre, barely warm, sandwich that someone put no effort into making. After spending $15 on a sandwich and drink, I’m very dissatisfied.

Great food, excellent customer service. I made a mistake when placing my order and they were quick to fix it and did it with a smile. Location is very clean, soup was hot and flavorful and salad was crisp and fresh.
