Panera Bread is one of my wife and I favorite restaurants for breakfast. At time 7:30am, the restaurant was clean and beautiful. We ordered sandwiches and coffee. Georgia took our order and suggested to order “Feast Breakfast” which gave us one more sandwich for the same price! We were very happy and thankful for her willingness to go extra mile! I would recommend this place and will return here soon!

I bring my husband’s for his birthday breakfast and It was more than disappointing. Actually pretty sad morning for us. Chai was plain, Italian steak was more than disappointing, actually i didn’t finished and the spicy fiesta was everything but spicy… The self order screen was very easy and intuitive, kitchen lady was very sweet and the restaurant has a really nice atmosphere of being stuck on 2005 very cozy and quiet. 2 stars for the last 2 good things that we can say about this but it definitely didn’t worth it the $35 dollars at all.

I dined in at this location and ordered a hot chocolate and chocolate croissant. I had the best experience there. The manager informed me if rewards I had so I could save $2 (I believe she was the manager on duty then for she had a nice green dress shirt with a black long sleeve undershirts and black slacks, she had a short haircut, and looked like a refined mature lady). She was told me how to use the microwave to heat up my croissant and she made the hot cook the perfect temperature so I could start sipping on it almost immediately and not have to sacrifice the whip cream melting until I could sip it. I was able to enjoy a peaceful time getting some work done on my laptop and could enjoy my treats as leisurely as I wished in a pleasant environment.

I stopped by this Panera at Watters Creek on Saturday for lunch and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the grilled chicken & Avo BLT with a cup of their chicken noodle soup. Both were fresh and delicious!
Beyond the food, what really stood out was the atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the staff genuinely enjoys working there and with each other. The energy is incredibly welcoming, and even during a busy Saturday, the team was positive and attentive. Max, the manager, has clearly built a top-tier culture where the team works seamlessly together. It’s rare to see such a strong, positive vibe in a fast-casual spot. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

We were order #6051716003907638 and we have always ordered from here. But for one of the items I specifically said no cheese because my daughter cannot have cheese. However when we opened the order at home, the bagel which I had ordered for her, had cheese in it. This is bad service as they can’t read instructions.

Had the half sandwich and soup meal delivered from this location and requested no tomatoes due to being allergic and the receipt even said no tomatoes. When I opened up my sandwich I saw 2 massive slices of tomato on the sandwich not sure if they were just not paying attention, but this is why I always check my food before I bite into it. Luckily the soup was still good i will give them credit for that, but they definitely need to check these things in the future!

Natalie and Aldo were great. We had ordered two 20oz coffees but the order was entered as one 16 oz and one 20 oz. They fixed the order quickly and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was also very clean. Definitely a Panera worth going out of the way for.

Everytime I do rapid pick up here it’s.. not so rapid. Like I’m talking 15 minutes past what time they say it’ll be ready – they’re bumping orders well before they’re ready to keep up stats because I’ll get the email saying it’s ready and I’ll still wait about 15 minutes in store for it to be actually complete – kind of a pain when I’m trying to maximize my lunch break and but spend it sitting around waiting. Food is at least good.

The staff is super friendly and incredibly efficient—you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The food is absolutely amazing, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about both their customers and what they serve. Highly recommend stopping by!
