I don’t expect the food to awesome it is just overpriced cafeteria food. However, the way the staff messes up the orders. The way the speak, nay try and confront a customer with “well do they have a receipt” when they made the error. And it happens often, I have had poor experiences multiple times but this was the final straw.

Ordered chicken soup with wild rice, tomato creamy soup, and chipotle chicken avocado melt. We did not wait long to get our order. Meal was warm, well prepared and definitely very flavorful. I highly recommend this place !

Worst experience ever!! I ordered the steak sandwich for the first time. I understand it was “steak” but didn’t think it would be dripping blood. I know when I order a philly cheese steak from restaurants that the “steak” is fully cooked and etc or usually if you order a steak sandwich they ask you how you want it cooked. But not here so I didn’t know what to expect. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad as well which there was hair in. When the employee walked by I showed him. He was apologetic but at this point I didn’t want another salad. I would have been fine with a pastry dish because I didn’t want to give it another chance of a possible hair. No manager came to me and said anything. Hardly ate anything because I was so grossed out by the blood and hair. A refund would have been nice. I have not been to a Panera since and I’m sticking by that. It was horrifying!! Tried to contact the corporate office too and no one got back to me….imagine that.

This was my second time at this restaurant same one and around same time of day but I believe maybe new staff or something has changed because the first time I was there with my mother it was amazing fresh, hot, delicious! The second time was not good wrong food, cold soup , sandwich suppose to be warm cold and bread though. The baguettes we’re still good 1st and 2nd time but the staff was friendly and tried to correct the issues . Might be awhile before I would go back to Panera Bread.

Good food, got my go to sandwich, which is steak and cheese, no onions. Still feel they could add a bit more meat to this sandwich but still good. Order a bowl of chicken noodle soup as well.
