Panera is still charging big bucks for smaller portions. To-go portions are much smaller than dine-in. They are wayyyyyy overdo for remodels and upgrades in the dining rooms. This particular location is always dirty when we go in. Sad. The former managers kept it like their own kitchen…. And knew our names.
But this bag of chips is a joke! Full of air, maybe 10 chips. I might as well go to Oncue and buy a big bag of chips for my sandwich.
Cost over $30 for two lunches.

I have no idea why, but this location is incapable of giving me a fresh salad. The past few times I’ve ordered a salad, the lettuce has been wilted, black, and disintegrating. I stopped ordering salads for awhile, and decided to give them another chance tonight. I asked the lady taking my order how the lettuce looked, because I didn’t want to get another wilted, black salad. She said it looked good, and assured me that my salad would be fresh. To her credit, the lettuce was decently fresh, but the cilantro garnish was so beyond expired. It was dead and buried. It was black and slimy. Every place the cilantro touched the chicken left a brown mark on the chicken. I don’t understand how an employee can check the freshness of the lettuce, and then doesn’t care to be alarmed at the actual glop of rotten cilantro on top of the salad in plain view. Or how the employee making the salad would think it’s ok to put something so black and slimy on a fresh salad. I guess order salads at your own risk.

Went through the drive through yesterday and the service was horrible took us 30 min just to place a order and when I asked what was in there squash soup the employee and the manager had no idea 15 min later came back with pumpkin spice and pumpkin seeds I was stunned with this response for even the manager had no idea and of course at that point we left and will not be going back to any of your locations. Educate your employees

I didnt know what i wanted and felt rushed to order. Preshini was very indifferent and ordered me a half sandwich but charged me a whole without telling me or giving me a receipt. I paid for overpriced food that i think was out of spite without recieving the rest of the order. if you dont like youre job find one you do.

Worst experience ever!! I ordered the steak sandwich for the first time. I understand it was “steak” but didn’t think it would be dripping blood. I know when I order a philly cheese steak from restaurants that the “steak” is fully cooked and etc or usually if you order a steak sandwich they ask you how you want it cooked. But not here so I didn’t know what to expect. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad as well which there was hair in. When the employee walked by I showed him. He was apologetic but at this point I didn’t want another salad. I would have been fine with a pastry dish because I didn’t want to give it another chance of a possible hair. No manager came to me and said anything. Hardly ate anything because I was so grossed out by the blood and hair. A refund would have been nice. I have not been to a Panera since and I’m sticking by that. It was horrifying!! Tried to contact the corporate office too and no one got back to me….imagine that.

Thought it was time to give this place a chance again.
My soup sandwich combo was mediocre.
The corn soup it could use some corn. Mainly just water yellow liquid.

The experience with the staff is increasingly uncomfortable inconsistent and even adversarial sometimes.
In addition they regularly substitute the bread without telling me. It’s rude and inconsiderate. The attached photo shows something other than Brioche.
Two days ago I excitedly went through to order when of my favorite lunch combos.
Couldn’t find the soup. Apologized for being slow. Asked about the missing. The staff did not offer insight as I continued to struggle.
Finally after asking about changes he said “Well yes it just changed yesterday.”
Why didn’t you tell me that up front I queried?
We both became frustrated but a female stepped in and she had an attitude.
It’s hard to slowly be eroded towards a place I’ve been going to for 30 years.
But that is where I’m at.

This is our second time coming to this Panera bread. The first time it was good. The second horrible. 10/6/23. The pizza was cold and look at this DISGUSTING looking sandwich I mean they obviously didn’t care to make this look good or care that bread got soggy. The sauce mixture was so messy it got on the wrapper. This is just sad and disgusting. ♀️
