A couple of my friends and I came here for lunch. Cashiers were very friendly and accommodating! The manager Tim came by and chatted with us for awhile. He was great and you can tell he really cares about the guests and food. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick bite to eat!

I mean it’s a good fast food place and a healthy option, the place it’s clean and they serve you really fast, I don’t know if every Panera has this but you can find a microwave here in case you want to reheat something so I think it’s cool, the prices are good for the amount of food that you get, also the bread it’s good and I like the iced tea here

This Panera was lovely. The whole staff was super friendly and welcoming. The food was ready quickly, and it was clearly put together with care (at some locations, it’s just kind of stuffed together, but not the case here). Staff were walking around the dining area making sure the dining area was clear, and they were greeting guests and checking up while I was here. Food was above standard Panera quality, in my opinion.

Best Panera so far! We have been in many Panera Bread restaurants before and most are okay, but this one is impressive. The food was exactly as we ordered, and the service and cleanliness were excellent too! Although, I wish Panera offered some gluten free options. We definitely enjoyed this Plainfield, Indiana location.

Panera is consist with quality- with a premium price! However is good, they recently changed their menu again and took their flatbread pizzas off and the “bowls” —2 of my favorites of the past now gone! Panera has been plagued with poor choices for about the last 4-5yrs. Not sure what they can blame that on because it once was the best in fresh hi quality healthy choices that were reasonably priced—that has definitely changed.
Today a Caesar’s grilled chicken salad and a Kitchen sink cookie costs over $17 at lunch. Thats about $5 too much for it to be a fair price. Even though quality is good and everything was fine it’s probably not a place I will want to frequent very often just because I feel the pinch of the wallet.

The Bistro French Onion Soup. It is thicker than the average French Onion Soup and chock full of onions. It was hearty and topped with a few croutons and shredded cheese. Then I enjoyed the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken. That had lots of fresh fruit(strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple), fresh and crunchy lettuce, crunchy pecans, thin strips of chicken, and coated in a slightly creamy Poppyseed dressing. For dessert, I enjoyed a Lemon Drop Cookie. A nice scent and taste of lemon that made it absolutely delicious, and before I knew it, I finished the cookie. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Frequent flyer at Panera, love the food service is always great BUT if a steak and cheddar sandwich is almost $15 bucks I expect more … refer to photo attached. This was a very skimp sandwich and I’m a little disappointed especially with the cost. Do better and give people there moneys worth

Food is excellent, however, some upper management eyes need to come in and survey the overall appearance. This was my first time in the restaurant in a long time. Many scuff marks on the walls under tables, and while I was looking for a table with an outlet, I noticed the lack of cleanliness on the floors. There is A LOT of food debris on the floor, too much to have been from today’s clientele only. Manager needs to instruct staff to vacuum under tables and “between the cracks”. Carpet is soiled, I wonder when the last time this store was remodeled. It has an odor, too many spills for its life. When is the remodel coming? This is a staple restaurant for thr area, it deserves an overhaul
