Wow! Got the southwest chicken salad. It’s about the size of my hand, for the full size! So small and maybe 3 tiny quarter slivers of avocado (maybe equaling one sliver). For the price, don’t waste your time or money! What a rip off. Taste was good but still…

I went there and the woman that was working the inside orders was not in a very good mood. The manager actually asked her why she put dirty dishes in the window with all the fresh food and the employee snapped back at the manager in front of me. If you ask me, they were both very unprofessional and rude but more so the employee not the manager, but why would you put dirty dishes that you picked up from tables in a window where the fresh food is getting ran to customers on an open plate another thing that really bothered me is, every time I eat there and go to pay the machine asks me if I want to leave a tip why would I leave a tip when nobody is actually waiting on me as a waitress I just don’t get that it’s crazy because everything in life is so expensive now, so why don’t you just pay your employees more instead of asking us to leave tips!

Very dirty, in fact, all but two tables were dirty, trash cans needed emptied, the floor was nasty dirty, and dirty plates stacked very high on each receptacle. There was only three customers in the restaurant. The four girls behind the counter seemed more interested in talking to each other rather than working. I cant help but wonder where was the management and supervisors were.

My family loves this place and we frequent it as often as possible!! Great soups and sandwiches, as well as desserts and beverages!!! Somehow, they are able to combine traditional comfort foods/drinks with new & unique twists!!! Love it!!!

I love panera but am disappointed by this location. What happened to having cozy booths and nice seating? This location feels more like a fast food place, more like McDonald’s than Panera.

The actual restaurant is fine, I suppose. Whether or not they have large cups is hit or miss and that’s really frustrating when you pay for Sip Club, which allows a 30 oz. drink on demand. I’m mostly leaving a review to call someone’s attention to the fact that the trash can doors are left open several times a week. It wouldn’t be worth mentioning if it didn’t pose a risk to drivers, but it does, because the doors jut right into the entrance. This is a code violation and the only excuse is pure laziness. That’s not super surprising from a business that’s so often closed due to short staffing, though.

Tell me why I get to the window at 5p waited damn near 20 mins for my sandwich and chips. Pulled up to the “drive thru parking” I finally had enough and went into tone store to retrieve my sandwich and chips. When I got the sandwich it was all bent up and soggy. That was a waste of $13. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

Panera in MWC has become famous for running out of baguettes! The item that probably is served more than any food item at a Panera. This is not a one visit issue at MWC. We have visited the store in the past and have run into this issue before. Ever visit a McDonald’s and find out it’s out of French fries? Me either. Baguettes, it’s bread dudes.

Brand new to Panera Bread…. Loving the soups and salads. Price is a bit high for lunch, but I find myself still going.
