Mr Blaine the manager and the employees are amazing! Very friendly! They let me know about the unlimited sip club when I went in to pickup my catering order. They walked me through step by step and emphasized the great value of the sip club. Highly recommend! The food was hot and fresh!! They made the entire experience so easy! Stop in and see them!

16.50$ for basically no food. Bowl is not full. Not worth your money at all. I only went cause I had a gift card. This company better get it together or they won’t be lasting much longer. They already closed one location in Lafayette, you would think they’d try harder to keep this last one open. I guess not.

Would have been five stars but they were out of coffee. Not their fault as I’m sure they’re understaffed like so many restaurants are these days. They did make a fresh batch and it was delicious. Food was also delicious and yes a little pricey but this is Panera. They’ve always been pricey.

I really do enjoy eating at Panera, and I think their food is great even though it is over priced. What bothered me the most was the service. Currently Panera is running a deal where you can get free drinks through their app. When I went to pick up my drink, there were a couple other customers getting their drink while a lady behind the pick up area began commenting on how she can’t wait for the deal to be over. She started complaining which made me feel uncomfortable picking up my free drink. I completely understand the service to customers and understand not liking the deal Panera is running, but if you are going to complain, it would be nice not to do it in front of the customers who are using the deal. At least be professional enough to complain about the customers with the other employees in the back where the customers can’t hear you. It was just very rude to hear that.

Ordered the pick 2 sandwich with soup and a reg drink. The checkout person said it was $22, almost $23. Assistant Mgr was standing next to her when I questioned the amount for a pick 2. Twice she said that was correct. Asst. Mgr said nothing. We left Panera. $23 for HALF a sandwich and a small soup is ridiculous.
