This is how much chicken salad they put on a sandwich. They didn’t give us the bagel we asked for. And the picture doesn’t do justice to how little salad is in the container. They were busy, but I can wait for them to actually make the food correctly.

Came in at 9:15 on a Saturday morning. There weren’t many people in the restaurant. They were out of almost all of the bagels, except sesame and they were only two. When I asked why they were no bagels. I was told that they’ve been extremely busy. as a guy walked by me he said that’s baloney. He’s been there for an hour and a half and there’s been hardly anybody there. If you didn’t have any delivered that morning, just tell the customer that, don’t lie.

I came for an evening of studying, and it’s a good place for that. I’ll probably come again sometime. Good atmosphere, not too crowded, plenty of outlets available. Overall, it was a good visit.

Paid $7 for a large iced cinnamon toast crunch latte with a double shot. Drink was accidentally made hot but no big deal, nicely let them know I had asked for iced latte, and was given a medium iced coffee instead. A bit sad I wasted so much money on a regular iced coffee (when it could have been free with my sip club membership), and that someone went out of their way to give me the wrong thing that was easier to make because they were frustrated.

Great upgrade to a more accessible location. Beautiful, inviting, open, with variety of ample parking and seating. Drive thru is a plus. Simplified, more orderly, less confusing, less frustrating counter approach for who should be next in line. Also like the kiosk order options. Need to experience the comforting warmth of the fireside seating.

I ordered almond chicken salad sandwich that had mostly lettuce on it & maybe a teaspoon of chicken salad. I remember when they use to make them & it was overflowing with the chicken salad. So disappointed

It’s a good place to go to get decent soups and sandwiches. The menu is kind of confusing the first time you go here. The items I tried have all been good. Sometimes the portions vary but the quality is good. The staff isn’t the friendliest but they do their jobs.
