Very nice lady waited on us today. Sat down and when my order was ready it was missing items. I mentioned to the man who was at that counter. He didn’t speak to me and grab the receipt and walked off. Whe I came back and he had the missing items on the tray. I thanked him and again no acknowledgement to me. Sitting I looked around and the eating area under the seats is in very bad shape. Old food and scraps under every surface. Not sure how this passes a health inspection.Come on Panera, have more pride in your business. If things look dirty and I wonder how the kitchen area is being kept. Our soups and bagels were delicious.

Ordered over an hour ago. After being in “preparation” stage for quite some time and missing the order ready by half an hour, I called to make an inquiry on the order at 6:22pm . A man answered and said, “Make America brown” and immediately hung up before I could say anything.

This is a really nice, new, modern restaurant near 144th and Maple street. It is located in front of Fresh Thyme and next to Verizon Wireless. We like Panera! Sometimes we come for a quick lunch or dinner. If you come for dinner, they don’t always have what you want for the pastry section. The first time we visit, we used the kiosk and it didn’t print out a receipt. The manager was very nice to help solve the issue. Highly recommend visiting this place. Lastly, food is good as usual!

Service was some of the worst I’ve ever had at any “fast food” place. Placed an online order and I came in once I saw it was ready on the tracker. I was ignored for several minutes trying to pick up my order, even with them staring at me every 5 seconds. Several other people came in to pick up food too and they were treated the same way, so glad it wasn’t just me. Then I finally got to get my order (took about 5 minutes) and the kid lightly tossed my order across the counter towards me and then asked his boss if everything was in the sealed bag. If it’s sealed, it’s all in there. Also, went to fill my drink and the spout got stuck and so I got covered on my hands and arms. Might want to look at your Dr Pepper dispenser.
Won’t go back to this location, that’s for sure.

Update: A year later, quality has gone down and prices have gone up. And, please stop wasting those big bags every time I order one sandwich. Just hand me the sandwich.

We ordered on the kiosk, so we had no human interaction when we ordered. The food was made in a timely manner and was really good, as is always the case. The order was spot on, too.

I was treated with so horribly tonight and being disabled this was ignored as well. The place was filthy with trash everywhere. The soup was ice cold and when I asked if they could warm it up I was treated horribly and talked to so harshly it almost sparked a seizure. I have a brain injury and when people upset me, it can trigger a seizure. I asked them to stop upsetting me and my 83 year old mother but they didn’t. Just disrespected my disability and never did help with the soup. When I found the microwave there was trash stuffed next to it. My mom and eat there a lot and we were accused of eating our soup and wanting a replacement. Which is not true … we had just tasted it and it needed warming. They just dump the soup in and they serve it without warning it to a proper temperature. But the disregard to my disability even when I explain it and they just shrug their shoulders and continue to talk harshly was I walk away … that is wrong and illegal. Plus the place was so filthy. It has been so poorly maintained lately. They broke a law today. Just unbelievable as I had a panic attack and my mom has to help me to keep from going into a seizure.
