Great Brisket and Sausage! We stopped by here on our way back to Houston and loved it! The brisket was our favorite, we got a combination of the lean and marbled brisket as well as the buttered potatoes. Both of these items are so tasty! The barbecue sauce is a tad too sweet but otherwise it’s not bad. I would definitely recommend trying this place out!

As a lifelong critique of klobasnikis and the Czech sausage within, I have to give Jr’s 5 stars every time. The store is located in a great spot that doesn’t get too busy, and it has a great atmosphere.
Fun fact – you can get a pre-cooked brisket from Jr’s! And the overall meat selection is very VERY good!
But the star of the show is the pork and beef sausage that put Jr’s on the map. Absolutely a family and personal favorite!

Stopped here for the first time on our road trip home and got some great spicy treats! The jalapeño sausage sliced up for the road was perfect. Also ghost pepper and hot and spicy jerky. Jalapeño survival sticks as well, such an incredible variety! The girls were so sweet and extra helpful! A must stop!

Dont stop here for moist brisket. Stopped by and asked for fatty and moist brisket asked twice very nicely. She said no problem..
When we recieved the food, the Brisket was dry and there wasn’t hardly any fat. Very disappointed.

Really good experience, the people attending were very nice and the brisket sandwich was super good and big! It was a little cold but size and flavor super good. The store looked a little empty one the shelf’s but we got most of what we need. Definitely I will stop for my sandwich next time.

Whether for a quick fixing lunch or on the road snacking, this is a quality place minus the hustle and bustle of traffic. Great service, friendly atmosphere, cozy and extremely clean. A must stop shop. Wait time for any meal takes a few minutes, but it’s worth it.

Decided to stop by this place since I was in the area. The sliced brisket plate had a decent amount of meat with a fair mix of lean and fatty pieces. I chose to get the potato salad as a side and was recommended the buttered potatoes as the other side. Both were delicious. The pimento cheese sandwich piqued my interest so I will definitely have to come back to try that sometime. I will also say that it was busy when I came through but the staff managed to keep up with the crowd with no problem at all.

Had a BBQ chicken sandwich. That was cooked so good, the BBQ sauce soaked in. Also had a brisket sandwich that was quite excellent. A water and a Gatorade as well. Service was quick and superb. The restrooms were quite clean. I was very pleased with the visit. This is also an Exxon convenience store.

Madison delivered amazing customer service! Lane (owner) was welcoming and helpful and has created a stop-worthy jerkey that you cannot pass up! (Recommend the Bohemian garlic!)
