The drive up menu showed the 1/2 sandwich for $7.99, but I ended up paying almost $10, due to some fine print in the offer. Chick Fil A next door has more honest and reasonable prices. Won’t be back.

Leaving a one star review to due to being skimmed on portions for almost a $50 meal. It definitely isn’t worth that, if I’m not even getting what I’m paying for. We ordered the chicken noodle soup, which was more like a broth soup with some chicken. The Hearty Fireside Chili was definitely disappointing with missing ingredients, I guess they forgot to add? It seemed just as brothy as the chicken noodle soup. Our soups just seemed empty. I understand it’s 7/8pm, but this was one of my favorite places to order soups from. It’s very disappointing to have very small portions and not enough of the actual ingredients just broth of a meal we paid for. Then when we try to get help for it, we were offered under $3 for a refund. On a $45 meal, mind you. And the end of our bread was burnt. That’s ridiculous. I am not eating here again after this bad experience.

We decided to go to Panera and see if they were open, and to my surprise we were one of the first 50 customers and we received a certificate for free Bagels for a year!!
Other than that pleasant surprise it was a very clean restaurant. The employees are still learning the ins and outs, but we’re attentive and helpful.

Food is great—I love Panera—but I’ve ordered from this location maybe 7 times now and have had missing/wrong items in 3 of those instances. After the first time it happened I started double checking my stuff in the parking lot before driving all the way home.
The staff here is friendly and have corrected the issues with my order each time but dealing with missing/incorrect items this frequently is concerning.
It’s a rather new location so I understand there are some processes that have to be ironed out. Hope they can improve…

We’ve ordered from here 6 or 7 times. They might have given us the correct order 1 or 2 times during that stretch. From forgetting multiple parts of meals to forgetting to give us the entire large bag for the second part of our order, it is clear that there is absolutely no cross checking what goes in the bag or what gets handed to you when you order from this location. The last time, I had to tell them that they forgot two of the side dishes, but unfortunately didn’t realize until I got home that they also forgot an entire order of soup. It’s just a careless, poorly managed location.

If you go before 5pm service is consistently amazing and the lady who works the drive thru is the reason I come to that location. She’s the best. 10/10 before 5pm. If you come after 5pm it’s awful. 1/10 Out of most bakery items, can never figure out sip club, and it’s about 50/50 chance you’ll get the right drink you ordered. 2 different employees have incorrectly told me how the SipClub works and tried to make me pay.

No customer service for the walk-in they are busy with the drive-through. I waited for for my food for so long and it didn’t come out right and when I wanna ask, everyone is busy with a drive-through
