I had the Pick 2 and it was great. The wonderful staff member helped me and really knew that menu. I had a vegetarian sandwich half on the tomato basil bread, and apple, and a delicious Fuji apple salad. I drank the wonderful tea. Thank you Panera!

My wife and I love this restaurant chain. The food is great. Personally, I love the French onion soup and the bacon turkey bravo sandwich. It appears that the level of service is being ramped up at all locations which is a good thing. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

This location is a bright and pleasant spot to enjoy a coffee and snack on weekday mornings. There are a lot of regulars then so it has a cheerful senior center vibe. On weekend mornings it gets too busy to keep up so they are always running out of coffee out on the floor. Employees here have always been nice despite being rather short staffed and often run off their feet.

Truth in advertising is more important to some people than to others. For example: I’m allergic to onion, so food service employees have to know what’s in their food when I ask. Panera Bread has a large photo ad behind the counter, on which is the slogan, “Where meaty meets melty.” It promotes their chicken pepperoni mozzarella melt sandwich and shows the sandwich with about a half inch of meat, cheese and sauce stuffed between the slices of bread. What I receive are the two slices of bread, touching each other, with no visible toppings ozzing out (like in the picture). The bread was toasted to the point of being too hard to eat (more on that in a moment). When I opened it, I found a microscopic layer of cheese and sauce, topped with pepperoni shaved at about a half millimeter. As a cancer patient who lost all of my teeth to radiation treatments and has throat damage which hinders swallowing, this sandwich not only looked unappetizing but was 100% physically inedible. The picture was a lie. The “meaty” and “melty” were lies. I threw it in the trash. It was basically pizza flavored bread and never should’ve been priced at $13 or whatever it was. Sad. I took my wife’s broccoli & cheddar bread bowl to go and I have no desire to ever return.

Panera used to be a nice place to get lunch at a reasonable price. I haven’t been in quite a while and was shocked at the prices now. My wife and I both got a pick 2 with waters and the price came out to 30 dollars. No left overs and don’t even feel full. The quality of the food didn’t feel any healthier than any other restaraunt option either and my wifes sandwich had barely any chicken on it so I don’t understand the cost at all. They are also asking for tips now even though you have to do everything yourself.

We had the best customer service from Brock. He was very attentive to every one who walked through the door. His food and drinks recommendations were spot on. He is definitely deserving a raise and promotion. Keep it up Brock and thank you.

I have been in this shop several times but the last three times the service was horrible. Last night was the last straw. I went in around 5 pm to grab a few bagels. I knew the selection would be slim that time of day but I couldn’t get anyone to wait on me. Four employees were having a social hour behind the counter and my existence did not even register with them. And another girl who was actually being useful made eye contact with me twice but didn’t say anything or offer to help. I stood there for a solid 5 minutes and finally walked out. I will permanently be taking my business elsewhere!

We went inside for a breakfast on not so busy day. There was no one on the counter. Finally someone came for help but she acted like we were there to bother her. She was very rude. Food was blah!! Not coming back to this location.

I ordered from a Panera in Springfield, MO, on Battlefield Street, last week, to have food delivered. My order had missing items (they forgot my soup) and then told me they could not redeliver my order to me and would not give me a refund but a voucher. I had to go and pick up my soup. The salad I ordered with chicken barely had any chicken in it, and the person on the phone was not helpful in any way. The cashier was nice. However, I don’t like the way the situation was handled. So I essentially spent 60 dollars on missing soup, a salad with barely any chicken and subpar service. I will never go back.

Panera has a great selection of delicious freshly baked items. I opted for a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a brioche bun, and it was very delicious. The store manager Chelsey, was helping the staff out and making sure the customers were well taken care of.
