Photo for reference of order. I ordered a sandwich in Asiago bagel.. they called and said they didn’t have it but they would replace it with a different kind, I said no problem just use the original bread. Well I get my order and I do in fact have a full sandwich made with an Asiago bagel and also a half sandwich made with the original bread! I guess they found a bagel and still gave me the extra. That is so nice!! Thank you!

Picked up a Caesar salad and soup to go. Soup was fine, but when I took a bite of the salad I got a couple of pieces of rotten lettuce. They were foul and slimy! Gross!!
Before I ate anymore I picked through it carefully and pulled out about 8 pieces with significant rot.
C’mon Panera, teach your folks not to cut up lettuce without culling the rot first!

The score of 3 stars for “Service” is because the drink size I was served did not match the picture on the menu. I ordered on April 15, 2025, got a mango smoothie, which is a one-size beverage on the self-order kiosk. I’ve attached a screenshot of what the menu shows, and a picture of my drink cup after I drank it. I didn’t mention my concern at the time because I was in a hurry, unfortunately. Otherwise, I would have asked for the next size up. I’m disappointed because the cost of this beverage is not reflected in the size I received.

I had quite the good experience at this specific Panera. I live by a Panera about 5 minutes away but decided to come here as I had a friend who works here. The staff here is very nice and they have a joy like no other when working. The cashier taking my order noticed my friend was on shift and he allowed her to take my order and she recommended a delicious broccoli cheddar soup. During my lunch, I also received a free sample of one of their pastry items and it was very appetizing. Although Panera is fairly pricey, my first visit has given me a good impression to come back for future visits.

I got the Pick Two strawberry poppyseed salad and the broccoli cheddar mac n cheese. Both were excellent, and the little baguette on the side was soft and warm. Their new charged lemonades are also super good! I didn’t catch her name but the girl at the counter with white and blue hair was really nice and had a bubbly and friendly energy. Absolutely will be coming here again!

Thanks so much for the wonderful lunch experience today with my 93 year old mother….the manager gave my mom a $2 Discount on her pick two …the food and service was great…and the boy bussing tables was going way beyond cleaning up the dining room and always having a table ready and was very helpful nice and well mannered…

It’s my favorite restaurant. This Location is Not Perfect! Not worse Neither it’s Average! But i love “PANERA BREAD” Especially! Baguette Croissant Butter and coffee ☕

This Panera is probably middle of the line, though just a little above it because of some of the staff.
The place is quite clean, the beverages are always filled fast when emptied, and the vibe is alright. The main area gets loud a lot, so I tend to sit in the meeting room when it’s not occupied.
The WiFi is horrible. It has been since I moved here a month ago. I can’t hardly get any work done on my laptop or phone, even when I’m the only customer here. So, I connect to the library next door, which I am also a member of. Best of both worlds.
Most of the staff are decent. There are a couple who always seem angry at me while not other customers since my first time seeing them, but there are also some employees who really make my day feel chipper and blissful. So, I keep coming back to do my work everyday and just go with the flow, ignoring the employees who seem angry at me for just being there.
Overall, I’d say a three star, subtracting a star because of the WiFi being practically non-existent and another because of the employees who give me the evil eye whenever I show up.

Worst Panera I’ve ever been to. Ordered a whole Greek goddess salad, received a half. Lettuce was wilted and rotten in many parts. Restaurant was dirty and service was nothing exceptional. I’ll never return to this location.
