I love Panera, despite their prices. Their food so far has always been tasty. Today was different. This small lunch cost me $18! The chips bag contained about half of a handful, the sandwich, as you can see had so little filling (chicken bacon ranch) you can hardly see anything but the bread. That is pretty much what it tasted like too. Bread. Next, a chocolate filled croissant. I didn’t get a picture, but it was nearly hollow. Leaving me to ask, at $3 each, where’s the chocolate I paid for?? We are ALL suffering from the economy, but when I can throw together enough couch change to have a meal out, I expect better. If I want an empty pastry, I’ll stay home and have Pillsbury from a can.
Finally, there was evidence of a large spill in the floor in the main walkway that had dried, and the bathroom must have been 30°! I hate to see this place go down hill. I will say that the two people working at the registers were awesome! Friendly, pleasant and I received great customer service.

This was my first time ever eating panera and I feel stupid for not eating here sooner. That was the best soup and sandwich I’ve ever had all the flavors in the sandwich was so good I was disappointed when it was gone. I’ll definitely be back soon just hope that sandwich wasn’t seasonal.

Impressive hustle during a very busy time! Everyone was working very hard and being kind as well as organized. They are dedicated and hopefully paid well to deal with some of the crabby, entitled customers. Most customers were kind of decent but I can’t rate them (unfortunately).
Quality food, employees made sure to hustle fast and make sure every order was correct. Thank you!

I would give this less than 1 star if I could. The quality of avocados that were on my sandwich was disgusting and should never had been used. You can see that they were so bad and brown that they actually turned the bread brown where they laid on it. I will never eat at this establishment again.

Terrible service. Came inside and waited 10 mins for 1 person in front of me to be helped. After finally getting a simple order done, it was my turn. I was then told that the BIG menu i had been choosing from during my downtime was breakfast only and they no longer did it. They then told me to step out of line, go to the other side of the restaurant to look at the proper menu. Which for some reason is above the pick up counter instead of above the counter where they take your order? And on top of that it took them 20 minutes to make the sandwich in the picture. Total waste of time and money. I’ve never been a big fan of panera bread, but this puts the nail in the coffin. I’ll never go to a panera bread again.

I choose the turkey sandwich and my wife got a teriyaki bowl. Both were good. I like the new lemonades / tea’s. They need more options for sides tho. Will go back, probably repeatedly. A good place to eat.

It’s ALL BREAD. Got the spicy chicken ciabatta with a “spicy dipping sauce” The sauce was tomatish soup, not spicy nor buffoloish. Barely any chicken on it, see the picture. All bread
My wife customized her spicy fiesta chicken. She added white cheddar, which they didn’t put on, extra onion, which consisted of two whole thing slivers of onion, and they neglected to put on any tomatoes. She got double meat and added avocado. Two slivers of avocado on one side, three on the other. Quite the bargain for a $3.xx upcharge. Deleting the standard cheese and adding the white cheddar? Another $3.xx upcharge. A $18 ripoff of a sandwich.
Sad thing is we live 30 miles away and we stupidly tipped for this food. There’s $40 in the trash.
