I haven’t been to Panera for years. I wanted soup and sandwhich and my friend the same. We did the 2 for 2, 1/2 sandwhich, soup. He ordered a bowl of Broccoli and cheese and a sandwhich, I had creamy wild rice soup and bacon turkey sandwhich. He ended up with 1/2 a bowl of soup and a salad, my cup and it was 1/2 a bowl of soup. My sandwhich was very good, soup could have been hotter tho. He ate the salad but it wasn’t what he wanted. I ordered some food from there and there is not any chicken on there and there avocado is moldy. When I called to tell them , the manager said they were sorry but there was nothing she could do about it . She said there was not any mold on there avocado, she looked . She couldnt even reassure that this would happen again and just said that’s how much chicken the sandwich comes with and didn’t say anything about avocado

The food is overpriced. It had a very small amount of meat on the sandwich. It was supposed to have caramelized onion, which there was almost none. But there was a giant blob of red peppers that were terrible. Something on the sandwich made the bread wet? Won’t try again

I ordered a Bacon, Scrambled Egg & Cheese on Ciabatta and a vanilla cinnamon roll. The sandwich after tax was almost $7…. As you can see from the photos, you don’t get much for seven bucks. It’s mostly bread with a little egg and three of the thinnest, saddest slices of bacon I’ve ever seen. My first time ordering food here and probably my last. I got a free cinnamon roll for signing up for their rewards program. I’m glad it was free, I would have been very disappointed had I paid over $4 for it. It doesn’t look bad but the taste is not something I care for. The order was ready on time after I placed it thru the app.

Online it said they supported breast cancer research with part of Pink Ribbon Bagel sales, they don’t have the Pink Ribbon Bagel at this location. The location sold and they stopped support. Also in the change, cream cheese purchased came in little individual cups 1.5 oz at the same expense of a bagel.

I don’t know how they stay in business. Baked goods are dry, service is horrible, soup comes out of a bag, tuna was boring, nothing in it and too sweet. Ridiculously overpriced food.

Drove 40 minutes for an avocado melt, the cashier rushed me through the order, cut me off when I attempted to go back over the order and in the end sent me home with a BLT knockoff. My pregnant wife was disappointed, shes a huge fan.
