Lobby area needs to be swept and tables wiped down. Drink area and trash was not super clean. My food was not good. I got the smoky buffalo chicken melt and it was mostly bread. The cheese was all over the outside of the bread. I didn’t like it.

It’s all about food cost at this establishment. I’ve eaten here numerous times, but I’m finally done. I ordered a Fuji apple chicken salad and they were out of pecans, last time it was the apple. I got the full size which is now equivalent to what the half size use to be. Up the prices and cut back on the quantity, but the biggest ‘burr under my saddle’ is the constantly being out of something and there’s a grocery store across the street! Go buy some freaking pecans so you don’t have to say “Oh we’re out of pecans.”

I went into Panera to get a drink as a Sip Club member and my 5 year old asked for sample cookies for my other children, the ladies gave him the cookies. Then a lady named Jan came up, took 3 cookies from my son and told my 5 year old that sample cookies were for dine in customers only. This was at 845, 15 minutes before closing.

Delicious food and great service! Was looking for somewhere to eat after class and saw the sign and knew I needed to stop by! The drive-thru was extremely quick and the woman at the window was extremely nice! The food was to die for also. Definitely reccomend stopping here for a great lunch or dinner. 10/10!

Smallest bowl of soup I’ve ever had. $6.50 for broth and not much substance. Sure not getting my money’s worth. Get more in a $2 can of chunk Campbell soup. Tastes better too. Ssd. But the whole chain is like that.
