Yes, this location seemed slightly understaffed and Panera’s food is still expensive for the quality.

However I wanted to give Denise a shout-out because she’s wonderful! This was my first time visiting this location and all the other emojis employees were running around behind the counter.

Denise greeted me and said she’d be right back (Panera seems to give their cashiers a lot of other side work). I was in a bit of the rush so I used the kiosk but forgot to ask for my bagel to be sliced and put on a plate so had to go back to the counter. Denise was incredibly nice and it came across as very genuine. Give her a raise!

I work just up the road from here and used to come pretty frequently. This location has always been unreasonably slow, but i’ve always made concessions because they’re so close to where i work. But today was absolutely ridiculous. I left my house early this morning to get food here and get to work on time. I expect a pretty long wait so I left plenty of time to spare. I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes and when I got to the window your employee informed me that she actually never submitted my order and it hadn’t been worked on in the nearly half an hour i’d already spent in line. I told her I had to be at work in 5 minutes and she said it was “my choice” if I wanted to stay or leave. Well I guess i’m choosing to leave and never come back, because you cant run a business like this.

I stopped by Panera Bread this morning for coffee and breakfast, and it was such a great experience. The coffee was fresh, smooth, and perfectly brewed—just the right pick-me-up to start the day. Breakfast was delicious and served warm, with plenty of options to choose from. The café had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive, making the visit even better. Definitely a great spot for a relaxed morning meal and a quality cup of coffee. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for a quick cup of coffee with another team member so we can get some work done. I can’t believe how dirty all the tables are how slow the service is. I actually feel bad for the people working here. They look completely overwhelmed and then the bathrooms from the walls to the sink to the toilet in urinals are horrific what happened to Panera bread they have just gone downhill. I mean their staff is so overwhelmed. No wonder the place is so dirty.

I waited to write this in hopes that Bread Co would respond to my survey and email, but they didn’t.

I placed an online order for pick up. I arrived at the stated time. There were a couple of cars in the drive through, no big deal so far. Then one car sat for 40 minutes at the window. They did not make them move to the side to let the other cars through. I had received the alert that my food was ready, but couldn’t get it because of the car. So my food sat getting cold for 45 minutes. To top it off, it was missing my children’s food, so we still had to cook something at home.

I responded to the survey telling them to reach out. I haven’t heard anything at all. It’s been 10 days.

So disappointed in the service.

Severe fall of quality and price, extremely expensive for the quality of food. Much much worse than the old St. Louis Bread Co., the new menu must have been designed by a 23 year old “consultant” freshly hired by private equity firm. Panera has gone to sheet.

Daughter likes to go after dance practice as a treat. She loves the Mac and cheese. I had a turkey bacon sandwich. It’s a sandwich, rather pricey for the amount of meat you get. The chocolate chip cookie looked great, but was VERY hard. If you don’t mind dropping $24 for 2 folks to have a light lunch then you’ll like Panera.

I’m changing my review from 2 to 5 stars. The last couple times I’ve been there order accuracy has been 100% and they’re checking off the items on the receipt and signing the “checked by” now … Thanks for the changes!!

The location is getting 2 stars instead of 1 because most of their staff is extremely friendly. From Day One since opening – this location has been very challenged with order accuracy. I place order at a drive thru – I ensure order is accurate on the screen – and I get home and at least one thing is wrong 80% of the time (or likewise, order online). Most of the time – Including today – I find the “Order Checked By” not initialed or signed on the Receipt. This is right above a note that says “Accuracy Matters” (it clearly is NOT A PRIORITY at the location).
After spending 10 minutes on hold – I got through to the manager … She did her best with me because I was being difficult – the only options she gave me required returning : (1) to get the item they missed, or (2) to get a refund (they can’t issue a refund on the phone). This is not the Manager’s fault – but the store NEEDS a way of righting their wrong that doesn’t require me to drive back (taking my time and expense of gas). Most locations will offer to mail free meal coupons … She made it clear of my only two options … And that wasn’t one of them. Upper Management – please figure out how to empower your team members to provide CONVENIENT options when mistakes are made .

Legitimately waited 15 minutes for a drive-thru order of a half Caesar salad and a small cup of soup. 5 minutes at the order screen before someone took my order and a full 10 minutes waiting after. Had me pull up to a # spot and everything. Pitiful and ridiculous.
