However I wanted to give Denise a shout-out because she’s wonderful! This was my first time visiting this location and all the other emojis employees were running around behind the counter.
Denise greeted me and said she’d be right back (Panera seems to give their cashiers a lot of other side work). I was in a bit of the rush so I used the kiosk but forgot to ask for my bagel to be sliced and put on a plate so had to go back to the counter. Denise was incredibly nice and it came across as very genuine. Give her a raise!
I placed an online order for pick up. I arrived at the stated time. There were a couple of cars in the drive through, no big deal so far. Then one car sat for 40 minutes at the window. They did not make them move to the side to let the other cars through. I had received the alert that my food was ready, but couldn’t get it because of the car. So my food sat getting cold for 45 minutes. To top it off, it was missing my children’s food, so we still had to cook something at home.
I responded to the survey telling them to reach out. I haven’t heard anything at all. It’s been 10 days.
So disappointed in the service.

The location is getting 2 stars instead of 1 because most of their staff is extremely friendly. From Day One since opening – this location has been very challenged with order accuracy. I place order at a drive thru – I ensure order is accurate on the screen – and I get home and at least one thing is wrong 80% of the time (or likewise, order online). Most of the time – Including today – I find the “Order Checked By” not initialed or signed on the Receipt. This is right above a note that says “Accuracy Matters” (it clearly is NOT A PRIORITY at the location).
After spending 10 minutes on hold – I got through to the manager … She did her best with me because I was being difficult – the only options she gave me required returning : (1) to get the item they missed, or (2) to get a refund (they can’t issue a refund on the phone). This is not the Manager’s fault – but the store NEEDS a way of righting their wrong that doesn’t require me to drive back (taking my time and expense of gas). Most locations will offer to mail free meal coupons … She made it clear of my only two options … And that wasn’t one of them. Upper Management – please figure out how to empower your team members to provide CONVENIENT options when mistakes are made .
