I come from out of town every 3 months and always stop at this Panera Bread. Every time I am here the place is dirty and windows are very filthy. I try to ignore it and think next time it will be better but it’s not is why I am writing a review. I am a restaurant owner and I would never want my store to be viewed as being so dirty that it makes customers unhappy.. the air is not working on a 93* day and sweating trying to eat in a dirty place.

Today I had Panera Duet, less expensive than the pick 2. Tomato soup is always great add a half grilled cheese for the perfect fall lunch. Update, the Duet has gone up a dollar but still worth it at 6.99.

They were amazing! I was ordering in the drive-thru when I realized that I had left my wallet at the gas station and had no $ to pay. I was so stressed out wondering if it would be stolen or if someone would be honest & turn it in. I planned to just cancel my order and leave but they prepared my order and gave it to me complementary & told me no need to come back & pay. They were so nice & understanding. They blessed me in a really tough situation. Thank you to those employees!! Fortunately, I did get my wallet back too.

Always enjoy stopping here for a bite to eat. Food is freshly prepared when ordered. Selection is beyond enough to satisfy anyone’s tastes. New to this location they are now offering delivery to either your home or office. Cannot go wrong with that kind of service. Always save a little room for some of their pastry items.

Been coming to this location for quite sometime without an issue until my last drive thru experience. Person taking the order was incredibly rude. When got to the window saw the lady picking her underwear inside her pants and playing on her phone the whole time. Terrible customer service and unsanitary. Will be going to the location across town from now on.
