Service at this location is awful. Listened to guests from Chicago asked for the monthly coffee deal and associate said there was no such program. I tried to use my gift card. The assistant manager and associate tried to enter. They finally gave up and said the card was not valid. Used it the next day in Vandallia… No problem.

Right off the interstate- a great pitstop. Panera’s food is always consistently good and this location is no exception. There’s a really nice outdoor seating area and the Landscaping is really nice as well. The restrooms were fine when we visited.
