Amazing Customer Service, Order Taker/Cashier knew the menu, made great suggestions. Super clean and comfortable environment. Well stocked restrooms. We got the pick 2’s, one with 10 Veggie soup & Turkey Club Sandwich and one with 10 Veggie Soup and Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl. Both were very flavorful and delicious. You pick up your order and get your own beverages, you also place your dishes on the trash bin as you leave. I wish all other places in the restaurant business would run like all the Panera locations. We are never disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!

The table I sat at was dirty. I had ordered a cup of soup with chips and was still waiting 15 minutes later for my order to be called. Finally went to the order desk to enquire about my order and they start pushing online orders in bags towards me. I told them I had just ordered a cup of soup. The girl behind the counter said the order must have gotten wiped off. So by the time I got my soup I had 15 minutes to eat it before my next appointment.

I had Panera Bread In Gladstone Missouri it was good friendly Attentive staff. Large portions of food worth the price. With that being said I anticipate the same experience when I actually visit the QuincyIL location soon.

Met a friend for dinner and we were there for quite a while catching up.
Unfortunately, they were out of tomatoes at 5:45 on a Wednesday evening. HyVee is across the parking lot! They were also out of chips.
The dining room needs some sprucing up. Everything seems worn and the walls are full of dings.
Then an employee started to clean the bathrooms. They were blocked off for at least 1/2 hour.

Sat at a bar that was sticky tried wiping it off . Went up to get our food and asked for my tea that I was told I was to get from the back this lady is telling me I get it out front . Well needless to say I didn’t get to try the pomegranate tea . Also all the food was cold. We won’t be back .

Over priced! Steak and cheese melt was awful looked nothing like the picture, soup was decent but my bowl wasn’t even full. Last time I go there for sure. So disappointing I haven’t been to Panera Bread in a long time but that sucked for the price for sure
