Amazing Customer Service, Order Taker/Cashier knew the menu, made great suggestions. Super clean and comfortable environment. Well stocked restrooms. We got the pick 2’s, one with 10 Veggie soup & Turkey Club Sandwich and one with 10 Veggie Soup and Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl. Both were very flavorful and delicious. You pick up your order and get your own beverages, you also place your dishes on the trash bin as you leave. I wish all other places in the restaurant business would run like all the Panera locations. We are never disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms! My man and I ordered food for mom and dad. We live in Colorado. Dad is feeling under the weather lately, I called Panera Bread, Judy answered. I shared my thoughts and she helped direct me to Panera Bread’s website. She gave me a number to text her when the order was placed. So, I did. In less than 1/2 hour Mom and Dad received a wonderful home cooked chicken noodle soup, sandwiches, and the best fudge brownies. What great customer service from a thousand miles away. We’re ecstatic to have such a service and partnership between the dashers Panera Bread. Judy you rock for taking the time to answer that phone call. You made mom’s day! Thank you so much!

Long time customer and this place has just gone down hill. The orders have been woefully inaccurate over half of my last several orders. They even had spoiled dressing in the salads. Management could care less. By the looks of the lack of business here, I’m not the only one that feels this way. I gave it two stars because they do have it ready quickly, I just wish it was what I ordered and not spoiled. So sad, used to be my favorite.
