I frequent this location and Tiffany and Toshia are always so friendly and welcoming.
This last Thursday I went in to try a toasted sandwich and Anniya made me a delicious sandwich. All three ladies provided me with great customer service and helped me with my car because it broke down in the parking lot. They were amazing to me in a stressful situation.

The night crew girls are rude always giving dirty looks horrible attitudes horrible customer service. The bread is so hard it cut my lip while trying to eat. This would be the second time with the same girls and same experience. 11/21/2025 after 6pm. We normally love going to this location the day shift crew has amazing customer service and sandwiches are amazing.

Sonia and Jaden were amazing! I really needed a good experience as I have been in the hospital with my grandma all day (she is okay now) but either way it’s been allot and I needed a break and a bite this was a perfect little pit stop for me and I enjoyed the company and conversation! It is completely unacceptable to allow Non-paying, homeless men go into the bathroom and shoot up drugs while the store is open.
We have two kids, and we’re trying to eat our dinner in peace and could not do so because this drugged up man came out of the restroom and just hung out two tables from us all drugged up. Hopefully the table he was on will get sanitized before any other paying customer sits on it.
Meanwhile, the young woman employee was just sitting at a table hanging out with her boyfriend. Neither of the two employees try to stop this man from going into the bathroom. We understand it may be difficult given that both employees were ladies, but this needs to be figured out, also for the safety of the employees.
We will never be returning to the store because of this horrible experience.

These employees are awesome, always nice and super fast. However when checking out there is no option of a tip! THATS NOT FAIR TO EMPLOYEES… ide rather top here than 95% of other places. Corporate office please fix this..thank you

Normally I would never rate a 1 star but man what a rough experience me and my father had at this Jimmy John’s… Didn’t get her name but the girl with glasses working Saturday night was super blunt, not friendly & seemed very unhappy to assist us or even work there. Yes we bought the food and it was great but the way she took our order was rude & disrespectful. Hope she can find some happiness.

This location sucks and is not “Freaky Fast”. Anytime I place an order online for ASAP pick-up, everytime I arrive, they haven’t even started making it. Last week, I placed an order at 5:30pm. Traffic happened so we didn’t end up picking it up till almost 6:30pm. So a whole hour!! My husband goes in to get it and the girl says something sarcastic like, “Well, good thing I didn’t start making it then since it was placed an hour ago.” Mind you, there was not a single other customer in the whole store.
A lot of the workers there are so unprofessional and they act so annoyed to help you out even though that’s their job. That’s why I place orders online, so I don’t have to talk to any of these rude kids in person. It’s been 5+ occurrences that my husband or I have placed an online order only to arrive and find out they haven’t even begun to make our food.
I’ll happily drive to the Broomfield location to avoid this place. They always do things right there and “freaky fast”.
Not to mention, I asked for extra mayonnaise because their bread is so dry and hurts the roof of my mouth and my sandwich was SWIMMING in mayo and horseradish. It was disgusting and soggy and messy. I wish I had taken a picture of it! I’ve asked for extra mayo in the past and it was perfectly fine so I think this girl was being vindictive.
