I met a friend for an afternoon lunch. The place was very crowded but the wait in line was only a few minutes. We were able to find a table and our food was ready very quickly. I ordered the half salad and half sandwich. My friend ordered half sandwich and half soup. All the food was delicious and prepared as we wanted. The options for drinks were very good including coffees, teas juices, and soft drinks. There were lots of dessert choices too. The restaurant was clean, service was quick and besides being sort of loud due to being it was a nice place for a friendly lunch.

Villiage of Niles and Sanitation dep should have rundome check on this Panera kitchen , especially that open garbage filled with different stuff was so close to open food that could cause Contamination , not only that the Manager was there and didn’t notice till I told her how you allowed open trash next to open food, / bagels and open area food.

We like going here as a family. I find it to be a great option for a relatively quick meal, laid back, and pretty healthy. I find it to be a bit expensive, though, and I wish they had better kids options without having to pay extra to balance out the meal. That said, I always feel like it’s money well spent rather than going to a fast-food joint.

I have visited this place several times and it is always filthy, the tables and chairs are always dirty, never have I seen any employee cleaning anything, truly wish corporate would step in and do something about this ASAP or we will contact the health department and report this business.

I come here mostly everyday for my free drinks from the sip club i am in, but everytime i come i go through the drive thru and i mostly get Joseph, he is super nice and friendly. like he always go beyond what he has to do. he knows who i am when i order haha that’s how often i go. He gives 100 percent good customer service and this is why i come back.. we need more people like Joseph.
