A good selection of elevated pizzas you can get quickly. You get good sized rectangular slices, a bit more than you’d get with a traditional slice. Seems like they’re constantly making fresh pies so while you may have to wait a bit, your slice will be fresh.
The taste was good. I had a hot honey sopressa. It wasn’t something I’d make a special stop for, but not bad at all. I’d be up to sample some other flavors.
It’s in the Eataly dining area so you can probably find a table around to sit at but there isn’t a dedicated dining area. Since it’s so big though you probably won’t have too many people passing by as they’ll be eating too.
A good, quick option for a pizza.
Edit. Came here again recently and had a slice of bolognase pizza, which was a good choice. I’ll also add that we ordered a Caesar salad and it was one of the better ones available in Vegas.
La Pizeria alla Romana – located inside Park MGM’s Eataly
Always fresh and delicious, this pizzeria offers by the slice Romana-style pizzas. I love the hot honey one but have tried multiple of their options. They are all good but that’s my favorite.
Lines can get long depending on the time of day, but who doesn’t expect that when in Vegas. It’s a great place to go to when you need some down time and have some time to wait. There are other times when there’s no wait at all. Nonetheless, this is a great place to go. A must try when in the area. The pizzas go well with the sandwiches and salads from La Salumeria which is the market located right next to this location in the same hall.
Highly recommend.
