I’m a frequent Panera customer, purchasing their Asian chicken salad at least four times a week. My customizations include substituting the chicken with avocado and opting for tomato basil bread over the usual bagel. Having made these modifications at multiple Panera locations without an issue, I was taken aback when this particular branch not only attempted to charge extra for the avocado substitution but also informed me that I couldn’t switch out the bread. My experience at this location was disappointing, especially when compared to the consistent and accommodating service I’ve received elsewhere. I hope to see improvements in their customer service approach in the future.

Went to Panera bred at the Ogden location in Naperville. Ordered just the teriyaki bowl and cashier asked me if I wanted apple or chips I said chips. I did not check what I have in the bag until I got home. We never had a problem with Panera it’s our first. My husband was shocked when he opened the bag . He had ordered teriyaki from before and it was never liked this . It was so little in the bowl just maybe 6 bites not much for 15.00 I included 1 dollar tip. I know everything has gone up I totally get it but cmon for this much. Attaching the picture . It was awful ! Never again

We have been to this Panera several times and each time was an issue. They are rude and argumentative. We go to several Panera’s in Bolingbrook and Plainfield and never have a problem. They are pleasant and professional. The service is outstanding.

We had dinner here with 5 kids and 2 adults. The person taking are order was very patient and thorough. Our order came out perfectly. All the kids were happy. The corn Chowder could have used a bit more flavor. We were glad we are here and would come again.

I ordered food without chicken because I don’t eat meat. Several times I have received chicken on my food at this location. Today was no different except the chicken was burred on the bottom so I couldn’t see it. I did not see this until I returned to my office and was sitting at my desk. I returned the food and they gave me an attitude. They replaced the food with a somewhat new dish but there was a hair and very little food in the bowl. I’m not playing these games with kids so I contacted the corporate office.

Worst Panera location I’ve been to which is saying something. They have never once gotten my order right and the manager, Kim, shouldn’t be a cashier let alone a manager with her attitude. Done with Panera and I’d suggest others do the same if this is how they do business.
