Ordered a Greek salad. Got home never checked since I saw a signed checklist on the bag. First off the bread it came with wasn’t even wrapped just thrown to roll around in the bag. No fork or knife but it was checked off on the list and no napkins even though they checked it off. Second bite had slimy rotten lettuce. Some paneras are good this one always is an issue. Word of advice drive further west to the one in Yorkville or Naperville. I wouldn’t be sad if this location closes.

I ordered the autumn squash soup. It was wonderful. My husband got pick 2. He got the chili and the chicken blt sandwich. He was very happy with it. Update 2/19/26. Today we went to Panera bread for lunch with 5 other seniors. We all had a coupon so the senior center would receive 20% of our total bills. But no one who worked there knew how to give us the credit. The manager on staff said we had to place the order on line. But when we did that there wasn’t anything to push to get the money credited to the senior center. So we did stay and eat. But none of us will be back, we feel it was a trick to get us in there
there.

The worst drive through experience ever. Not only did it take 20min to get through drive through to get my mobile ready half tuna sandwich, but they forget to include the chips. I return back to the drive through and wait another 10min, and another 5min by the window because he decides to come bring me another bag. I ask him what is it? He says, I included a chocolate chip cookie for you. I got so mad, told him, I only needed the chips. I mean, when I come to the window you gotta have the chips there already waiting. Not only am I already late for work because they take forever to give you an order that’s been ready for so long but they decide to take more time to decide if they wanna also give me a cookie by dragging the time even longer. Just please get your orders right, and be on time. No need to give me freebies, by trying to butter me up. Managers, you need to get someone else at the window. Train them to move faster.

Drive thru… Waited over 15 minutes on 1/3/26 to get a sandwhich/soup and a salad. How long does it really take. Then today 1/4/26, sister in law was late and said she was in line over 20 minutes for food. Way to go Panera. Keep cutting staff so everything takes forever. Prices go up, food portions shrink, wait times are excessive.

Worst experience ever at this Panera location. First of all they took my order wrong, second, when I asked the manager to correct the order, she did it but she was very rude like what do you want now, third when my daughter asked for cookie the Manage Beth said to her employee that go get her cookie so she stops annoying me. The atmosphere is not at all welcoming and every one is so rude.

Food is suitable for a 2 year old and no one else. Soup is ALWAYS watery. For a grilled cheese they gave us 2 raw pieces of cheese on barely toasted bread. Never worth the price of delivery. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The quality tank for the price you pay is absolutely ridiculous, and I won’t be giving them a chance at redemption. What a waste of money for food that will inevitably end up in the trash.

I avoided this place for a while and thought I’d give it a chance again but they still cannot be basic orders right. How hard is it to get three soups with bread, one salad, a sandwich with chips, two cookies and two teas. Didn’t get the chips and two of the breads were missing. No one was even in the drive through and the meal was $60. This is absurd.

Loved the food here. The only remark is the they don’t fill the bowl a little higher for the brocolli cheddar soup. I also wish they would added more brocolli and carrot to the soup other than that it has great flavor the sandwich was delicious as well.

Order food online and picked up in restaurant. Ordered 3 sandwiches and group serving of chicken wild rice soup. The Ciabatta Cheesesteak was very skimpy on everything, especially the meat. Reminded me of the “Where’s the beef” comericals. The group soup is very expensive for the serving size ( $22). Way overpriced for the quality and quantity of food in my opinion.
