I recently visited this place and I must say I absolutely loved it! The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the service was top notch. The burgers were cooked to perfection – juicy, delicious, and had a nice char on the outside. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The menu was diverse and had something for everyone. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They really went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our experience.

I called the restraunt and asked to order a plate beforehand. So i come and eat in 10 minutes. And the man on the phone agreed and even asked what drinks i wanted. Then called again 5 minutes later to tell me “order when i arrive” and that “it wont take much”. I understand if there’s a policy against ordering before going, but there isnt. Its very unprofessional work, and made me rethink going there.

I just didn’t like all the sauces, potatoes was salty, wings not bad, strips also.
It’s a big meal ( serve up to 3 persons) well presented.

smashys burger 10/10 must try top 10 tastiest burger in lebanon,
but the nashvile chicken burger’s cheese was very cold almost frozen and the oil used in the burger is very bitter, and the chicken lacked seasoning and flavor same problem with beef it feels like beef patty wasnt salted (you can ask them to ssalt the patty while ordering im sure)
this was from the batroun chain which isnt on google maps

Best american burger in Chiyah. The service was good. The burgers were super tasty! The best beef burger is Big Tower which contains danish and cheddar cheese, bbq and classic sauce. Super yummy! Dynamite is also a tasty burger for those who loves chicken with honey mustard sauce. Super recommended!

I called to order and the man “processed the order” until he called again and cancelled the order with the excuse that when I arrive it’ll only take 10minutes.
If he’s scared of scam, then why did he accept it the first time without a strict policy? And how does he accept delivery to random locations, what if I’m scamming him then?

A truly amazing place that, unfortunately, I don’t get to visit frequently… I love the food, the vibe, and the atmosphere they have… The staff are always extremely friendly and very helpfull… The food is of top-noch quality… It’s truly delicious and the portions are quite big… The burgers are huge, tasty, and juicy!!! This place is fairly priced… I would definitely recommend anyone who loves tasty, juicy burgers and delicious sandwiches and junk food, to try it!!! 10/10
