Panera has lost it! It used to be a place where I felt good sitting down with friends, business associates or weekends breakfast with my family.
I visited this place again after 8 years and I found it to be a cold, unwelcomeing and beat up place badly in need for upgrade.
Portion sizes are small and prices have doubled. They do not care to serve vegan or vegetarian population as they have just one boring soup on the menu.
They mixed up my orders and now no one comes around to check on your table for anything, not even to clean in between patrons.
Gone are the well dressed people now there are people unshaven unkept guys trying to work or looking to find work. Fireplace that was such a charm wasn’t working and carpet needed deep shampooing.
Manager might not be on duty as I didn’t feel the presence. Toilets were dirty and latch was broken. It also needed a deep clean.
This location felt so beat up, staff so unapproachable that it felt the place has given up.
Corporate has pulled back on portions and increased the prices, staff has pulled back on their warmth and service.

Dont visit this location. Horribly managed. I’ve actually called Panera corporate before and then clearly dont care. So many screw us on delivery orders. Just happened. Lets just say paid for alot more food. Then theybactually delivered. The store will frequently be out of available cups and napkins. Rude management too… when I showed the manager there were in fact no cups, they stormed off as if it was my fault.
I would add a photo but see if never got the items so kinda difficult. By the way this is through doordash and they are both at fault. Both the store and the driver have my order. Terrible customer service that is very typical of this store.

Fantastic staff welcoming, and helpful and the place couldn’t have been cleaner and the inside is modern cute and full of lovely design. Highly recommend this Panera!

The atmosphere, lighting, music and staff was delightful. I ordered grilled cheese and vegetarian sandwiches which were full size and a glass of water, along with the kettle cooked chips. The food was great and the only recommendation I would like if the grilled cheese sandwich bread was toasted brown with light butter, the sandwich would come out perfect (crispy).

I got broccoli cheddar cheese soups for my sick daughter. They were about to close. Came home and saw bacon pieces on the soup. The bread wasn’t cut. I don’t care about bread but we are allergic to bacon and there were peace’s of it in the soup. And when I checked it’s closed already. Why the hell put bacon in a vegetable soup. Disgusted.

Met my sons and grandchildren for dinner.
The layout is a little different but very nice.
Used the cashier to order. She was very patient and took the order from everyone.
It wasn’t crowded. We were able to put a couple tables together to fit everyone. The have high chairs, which we needed for one of my grandchildren. Food was delivered fast.

Just got home and I bought the sour dough bowl along with an aciago bagel both were dry and hard thru both in garbage. If wasn’t already home would have taken back. Really disappointed cant believe they actually gave me that to me. Will be calling to let them know but just wanted to put it out there. If taking food to go make sure to check it before leaving

I love Panera! I have the Sip Club pass and it’s such a game-changer — being able to grab my favorite drinks anytime is the best. The food is always fresh and consistent, and the service is so friendly and warm. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful, and the whole vibe is just cozy and welcoming. Whether I’m grabbing something quick or hanging out for a bit, it’s always a great experience. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

Ordered a lemonade with my food order , smelled highly like chemicals or something foul , made me very sick ! I tried to call to tell them something was wrong to stop other patrons from falling ill as well but they do not answer the phone ! Beware do not eat here as you may become sick & they do not care about the food & drinks they are serving up to unsuspecting customers
