Very WIFI friendly /senior citizen eating meal vibes. Order sometimes overcomplucated to order. Staff always trying to up sell desserts instead of lowering prices they donate leftover at end of day to an unknown place i wonder why?. French onion soup had adprinkle of cheese on top. It should just be called onion soup. Sandwich bread were crisp on crust and soft in center.. fountain drinks on site were actually exciting with various teas and punch type concoctions. Average meal with drink will run about 20$ a person… plenty of free parking in mall area.

I’m sorry to say but this Panera is really sad and depressing. Not one employee acknowledged us, or even looked at us, let alone came to the register to take our order. We stood at the counter for at least five minutes waiting to see if someone would come and take our order, but nobody even looked in our direction. It looked like none of the employees wanted to be there. We finally ended up ordering on the kiosk and the food was okay. Honestly, didn’t seem much better than McDonalds. Sorry, but probably gonna scratch this location off my list.

Kathy at the register was unwelcoming and not friendly. Her service made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She did not bother to ask if I wanted my order for dine in or take out, and seemed peeved when I asked for something at the register after my order when there was no line.

Kiosk didn’t work, wouldn’t take my credit card, tried a different card, still didn’t work. Kiosk was broke. My bank alerted me 4 times that Panera tried to take money without security code. Their entire soda station was down, signs everywhere stating no CO2, soda/fountain drinks down. Just an awful Panera. Stay away until they get everything fixed. The gentleman behind the counter, “Conrad” he gets 5 stars. He was very nice and helpful. Other than his interaction, it’s a bust from me!!
