Taking care of my friend’s grandfather today and he wanted to stop in. Best decision ever! They knew him here and treated him so well! We sure did feel special besides the excellent service we had the most delicious, melt-in-your-mouth chopped brisket sandwiches. I was amazed with the mac and cheese! My friend recommended the lemonade and I do too!! Totally coming back for the love and the grub!

I waited 30 mins for my food so they could cook the gravy just for them to give me all cold food. The mashed potatoes taste like instant mashed potatoes and the brisket is dry and gross. And they did not give bbq sauce for the second time here. Do not waste your money at this location only go to the one on 34th.

They were probably having a downside day, but for the price that I paid, it was not what I thought. Also, the brisket was dry. The German sausage tasted good though, and the sauce was decent. I have had better for a few dollars cheaper, with better portions. I know BBQ places aren’t cheap and you pay for what you get, at least let me get what I paid for. This was a 22$ plate. Kind of sad if you ask me.

Good food. Always missing something though when I order. Today it was all the sauces I ordered and ranch which I paid for. Called after this time because it’s growing old something is always missing. The worker who answered offered no help and said apologized. Out money and without sauce I ordered for bbq. This is not the only time this has happened but the last time I’m ordering from them. Good bbq though. Also, they added onions and I’m allergic to onions. Problems every time.

Ordered for pickup. There was a car at the window. They had a long wait for food. Drove up to the window but no one came. I finally honked my horn. The came and gave me my luke warm food. Poor customer service. They also didn’t give me my drink.

Delivered via GrubHub. I thought Texas knew how to make good BBQ. I was working. Can’t find a decent BBQ place in Lubbock. My wife and I ordered dinner tonight and shared a three-meat plate. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The baked potato was undercooked, and both the pulled pork and brisket lacked flavor and came without any BBQ sauce. We had to use our own sauce, which helped a little, but not much. The baked beans tasted like they came straight from a can—bland and unseasoned. The coleslaw was dry and just as underwhelming. We couldn’t even finish our meal. Sadly, this was our first and last time trying their food.

Asked for lean brisket and was told only had moist. The girl cutting the meat was more upset that McDonald’s didn’t have ice cream than the few customers in the restaurant. Luckily the guy she sent out was able to get her some from the store. But it didn’t help her attitude. Very disappointed with this location. For the money spent should have been a better all round experience.
