You’ve gotta be kidding me. Looks like quality control is an issue at every location around me now. BARELY any toppings, sandwich feels way smaller in size (I never had this issue before, always had panera) and missing toppings on my drink. This is so frustrating especially when none of the managers reach out and I don’t feel like calling and complaining and being labeled a Karen.

NEVER COMING TO THIS PANERA AGAIN!!! The whole restaurant is dirty. I am not even exaggerating. The food was not made well (frozen meat in a sandwich). The workers don’t clean. Overall, the food and restaurant was very substandard. The photos below are only a few pictures of how dirty the place was, along with my food which was cold soup and a frozen sandwich.

The only problem with this location is that it was slow to get my order the day I came, not sure if it was just because the drive thru was busy. I knew I shouldn’t of ordered again after last time they forgot to put meat in my sandwich but it’s been a year, so I thought I’d give them another chance. Big Mistake. I ordered the caprese baguette and it was so over dressed it was soggy and inedible. There was also 3 small pieces of cheese and the cup of soup was cold and odd texture(Broccoli cheese) Edit.. just bit into the piece of bread that they gave me and it was wet..gross.

This store has slowly gone downhill for me. The service and quality has drastically changed in the last year of me visiting this store.
