Cashier Janice was very polite. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The restaurant is clean and organized. I’ve had the Tuna sandwich, Mac n cheese “very creamy,” Broccoli soup, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Asiago bagels, which are pretty good. I love their Agave lemonade and it’s not too overly sweet.

I’ve been visiting this location quite often lately. The service has been going downhill to a point I’m not sure I’ll be returning. Some of the people who work in drive thru probably should not be. I’ve come across some really great staff. However, the bad apples don’t greet or smile. They clearly don’t want to be there. And the drive thru wait times have become ridiculous. In addition there is no way to exit if you want to leave the line because of the tight space.

I received lukewarm coffee twice today. The first time I waited in line for about 15 minutes. Then once I received the first coffee I immediately took it back. Staff apologized and brought me another coffee, however, that was luke warm as well. I’m very disappointed. I spent a lot of time both times just waiting for a coffee and no one checked to make sure it’s actually hot! Like how hard can that be. The cup was cold as an icebox.

It was a great experience, the atmosphere is calm, it’s suitable for breakfast, and the food is delicious. I recommend it.

Good food but it’s a very busy location so be prepared to wait. Not the place to go if you’re in a hurry. I have been here a few times and it’s easily a 20+ minute wait for food whether in the drive thru or inside.

Most places are short staffed so I totally understand and have patience knowing how hard it is, yet I was still provided with great service. My mobile order came out pretty quickly, around 5 minutes which I expected to be longer especially since there was a lot of people waiting for their food and it was a Saturday. I was impressed and everything tasted delicious. I made a request on my order also and they followed through with it by putting certain ingredients on the side and I was pleased! One of the workers was also super nice and friendly who gave me my order! It speaks volumes when it’s busy yet you can still remain calm, professional, and make others feel good.

You know the quality and type of food you get when you eat at any Panera. But this place dirty! Needed to ask for someone to clean tables. Not a clean one in sight. People leaving dishes on table. Drink station needed to be refilled. Not a good look.

My wife ordered ahead and then we got stuck in the drive thru for 30 min behind like 5 cars to start. I didnt realize my wife was pulling up to the drive thru and then we got stuck. Thats on me for being on my phone, but 30 min for some soup is absolutely bonkers. They gave us a free cookie for the wait so it bumped the 1 star up to 2. If we go here again, we will order at least a half hour ahead.

I went to the Orland Park Panera location on 1/14/23 to get an Asian Sesame Chicken salad and a cup of soup. I received my order and took it home to eat, as I was on my lunch break from work. The salad had no chicken in it, not one piece. I immediately called the store and spoke to a manager who blamed the mishap on new employees and gave me the option of coming back to the store to get a fresh salad or getting a voucher by mail. I chose the voucher option, as I needed to get back to work and didn’t have time to return to the store that day. Two weeks went by, no voucher. On 1/31/23 I called the store to inquire about the status of the voucher. I spoke to a manager again, who told me to hold on while she checked. After 10 minutes of holding, I decided to hang up and call again, which I did twice. No answer. I then decided to go into the store, which I did. Spoke to a manager again and was given a voucher for a free you pick two, and no apology, by the way. I was going to use the voucher yesterday on 2/9/23. But to my dismay, it had expired on 12/31/22. I will not be going to this Panera location again even though it is less than 10 minutes from my house. I was not expecting anything other than to be treated fairly after their mistake. Competent management is apparently woefully lacking at this location. So you take my name and address to send a voucher, which was never sent. I call and you place me on hold forever and then don’t answer the phone when I call again. And insult to injury you give me an expired voucher. Do better!

I love the chicken Mediterranean salad. Its always fresh and delicious. The restaurant is clean with a dine in option. The price is reasonable, and there is free parking available.
