Incredible service! Great sandwiches convenient drive-thru family environment. All these are just some reasons why this restaurant is considered to be one of the best. The food is amazing and accurate to your order. The biggest thing that I took away from our visit to this particular Panera was the cleanliness the store was absolutely spotless. Thanks to the staff for making us feel like we were at home.

I ordered in the drive thru and KJ made sure my cookie was in the panera bag before he gave me my food which seems like such a simple task but it really made my day so much better. Having to turn around and go back for a cookie would’ve really made me mad so I’m grateful somebody like KJ is so passionate about his job.

— August 21, First day of school, wanted to take my son out to dinner. We both agreed Pannera would be ideal. It was approx 4:30 in the evening, as I approached the counter, I see the cashier scowling like she’s pissed, at what? Who knows, probably because she has to work. The event prompted me to ask, are you okay? “Yeah!” She replied. The energy was so toxic it immediately brought down my positve frequency, I started to walk out , with son in tow. To make things worse the food was terrible, My son and I ordered the Buffalo chicken, how do you screwup a sandwich, it was dry, and had very little chicken. —At the end of the day, the management at Pannera should consider a wage increase or do a better job of hiring personnel.

I am personally a big fan of Panera when I am in a rush or on the road. I was starving so popped in here for a quick bite to eat. The place is conveniently located and was nice and clean.

I was very politely told by cashier that there’d be a 20 minute wait which I was OK with but waited closer to an hour.

The location of this Panera is great and the ambience inside is nice but unfortunately that’s where it stops . The service is SLOW and I won’t EVER try the drive thru again EVER. The food was alright at best. Major improvements are needed at this location. Update: I went back to this location today and service and wait time was better so improvements are being made 🙂

Twice now they’ve gotten my order wrong. Ordered an Asian sesame chicken salad, receipt even says “Asian Sesame Chx Sal” but the salad bowl is literally just chopped romaine lettuce. There’s nothing in this bowl except romaine lettuce. Ridiculous. Twice now they’ve done this (once with the greek goddess salad).

I place 4 stars on food because I have not tasted everything, but so far, what I have had has been delicious. The customer service was great. I wanted the green tea at room temperature because I had a sore throat & the young lady was very accommodating in heating some. This made me very happy & I was very impressed most places like these don’t do things like this.
