Stopped by Panera Bread for a quick meal and it was a good experience. The soup and sandwich were fresh and really comforting. The place was clean and the service was quick. Nice spot if you want something light and tasty.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Panera Bread’s delivery service. I had placed an order yesterday (12/3/25), more than 24 hours in advance, with a scheduled delivery time between 11:45 AM and 12:00 PM today. I had guests present for a meeting, and this order was intended for them. The failure of the delivery created an embarrassing situation for me in front of my guests.
At approximately 12:10 PM, when no delivery had arrived, I called Panera Bread to check on the status. I was told that the delivery driver was “almost there,” so I continued to wait. After another 20 minutes passed with no delivery, I called again—only to be informed, shockingly, that the order would not be delivered at all.
I have no words to express my dissatisfaction and frustration. This was my first time placing a delivery order with Panera Bread, and unfortunately, it may also be my last. The lack of communication, reliability, and accountability caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment during an important meeting.

My father ordered from this location and was treated poorly by the staff. He ordered and paid $33+ for a single item, and when asked for a refund (because he didn’t want the item because he could find a better offer) they refused to give him one. Completely unreasonable business practice and completely unreasonable prices. Ever since they sold out to burger King this place has turned into a disgusting business. Horrible practices. They will go bankrupt. Will never order here again or any Panera location again and will tell everyone I know to boycott Panera. Disgusting business.

Incredible service! Great sandwiches convenient drive-thru family environment. All these are just some reasons why this restaurant is considered to be one of the best. The food is amazing and accurate to your order. The biggest thing that I took away from our visit to this particular Panera was the cleanliness the store was absolutely spotless. Thanks to the staff for making us feel like we were at home.

I am personally a big fan of Panera when I am in a rush or on the road. I was starving so popped in here for a quick bite to eat. The place is conveniently located and was nice and clean.
The service for food was beyond slow. I have said it a bunch in other reviews I understand fully the shortage of staff and even more important quality staff, but a manager or someone with more experience should be helping the younger kids working at the front. It took 10 mins for 2 people to order and get it all worked out. It could be 2 or even 1 stars but for benefit of shortage I went with 3 but they have to fix that issue.

Stopped in for lunch, it wasn’t busy but there were people there. Ordered via a kiosk which seemed to help the line along and allowed me to bypass the cashiers altogether. The “you pick 2” option which allows a soup and 1/2 a sandwich or salad was what I opted for. The tables were wiped down and the staff was courteous.

The location of this Panera is great and the ambience inside is nice but unfortunately that’s where it stops . The service is SLOW and I won’t EVER try the drive thru again EVER. The food was alright at best. Major improvements are needed at this location. Update: I went back to this location today and service and wait time was better so improvements are being made 🙂
