I want to give a big thank you to Anahi at Panera Bread. She was the cashier when I ordered and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She greeted me with a smile, stayed patient while I ordered, and made sure everything was correct. Her positive attitude really stood out and made my visit more enjoyable. Customer service like that is hard to find, and Anahi did an amazing job!

Super friendly, good food, often comfortable. But ..why does it always have to be freezing in the guest area? This ac blowers coming from the ceiling in n February is unnecessary lol!I recommend putting a thermostat out there. The other day, myself and a few guests, with jackets zipped, were talking about what felt like 62 degree temps inside. I think more people will come in and sit down and enjoy if the temp was at least 72? Managers, take notice please. We’d love to come more often. Thanks! Still love this place!;

First, I’d like to compliment the customer service. The staff there are helpful, patient, and considerate. Some of the best service I’ve seen in a long time. The place was packed. The food: Asian sesame chicken salad with a vinaigrette dressing. It comes with a choice of apple, chips, or baguette. Light, refreshing, and flavorful. The wontons added a great crunch and texture to the salad. 10’s across the board for me.

The cashier at drive thru was slow, did not put my order in like I ordered it. Order was missing my Cinnamon roll and fruit cup. Salad had brown lettuce, no chicken and rotten avocado (Green Goddess Chicken Cobb) . The Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich was the only thing made correctly. I asked for chips for my side not bread. The French bread wasn’t even a whole piece. Side dressing and mayo missing after being in drive thru for 17 minutes, my order could have at least been correct. Avoid this location if you want fresh food and all your food.

I had the pleasure of eating lunch at the Panera in Homewood. I was in the area after a Seminar and I placed my order to dine in. As you can see the presentation that John at Panera set up on my plates were everything. I received my order in a timely manner. I really used to enjoy this restaurant when they were off 183rd and Governors Highway, and I told Corporate via phone they were making a mistake when they decided to move it. The other location was always filled with guests. There was a very professional Manager named Necole that visited the tables to make sure that everyone was having a good experience. Another member of the Management team I think her name was Teresa also checked on guest as well.

This location is my favorite. Everytime I’ve come with my associates, we feel welcomed. The pantries are always freshly baked and the lobby is well kept. Thanks to Areyanah, she’s very friendly and has a warm disposition.
