I often use the rapid pickup when visiting this location in Huntley. My order has always been correct and is ready quickly. The food is always good and consistent, the same as I have had at other more established locations.

It’s a Panera. Ok food, super overpriced, but I’ll stop and get a Sip Club drink. My biggest problem was the women’s bathroom. The baby changing table is in the main bathroom area, not inside a stall. And it blocks the handicap stall door. You need to check that stall to make sure no one is in there because they will be stuck if the baby table is down.
Could be handy though. Bad date? Have her use the stall and drop the changing table so she can’t get out while you make your escape. Great Aunt Sally complaing about the bread being dry? Send her to the restroom and enjoy your lunch in silence before returning to flip the table back up.

I stopped at Panera to grab a quick bite,
Hoping the soups would be ready that night.
Though they were delayed, I still had my fill,
The sandwiches and salads were tasty and skill.
The bakery delights tempted me so,
Warm bread and pastries that steal the show.
The staff were all friendly, attentive, and keen,
Making the experience feel bright and serene.
Though soups took a moment, the meal still amazed,
And I enjoyed it all with Imhotep’s stern gaze.

Used the drive-through, so can’t talk about the store experience. It was efficient and the food was as described. Really nice seasonal salad, lots of greens and nice selection of toppings. I liked that you could personalize your order in the app.

used to be a regular, but they would constantly mess up my orders that i would place ahead of time. they would leave out parts of my order when i would have it delivered and wouldn’t even give a refund. my final straw was when i came in to order mac and cheese and they served it to me in a dirty bowl that had black gunk on it along with a piece of plastic in it. i went up to let them know and they gave me another mac and cheese and apologized, but that does not account for everything that has happened. overall i would not recommend going to this panera if you want quality service.

I ordered on the app for drive thru pick up, annnndd I’m pretty sure they gave me a diseased apple…
I ordered a bowl of chicken soup & a whole grilled cheese sammy, obvi I get a side with each. French Baggette was out of stock per usual, whateva I’ll get 2 apples, right???
I get home and pull out an apple, and then I pull out what appears to be the 1st apple’s evil twin.
My bag was signed off for “quality check” but as you can see, that didn’t follow through.
Consequently, it really makes me reconsider the trust I put in your employees’ decision making skill’s during the process of preparing the food served.
The only reason I gave 3 stars was because the soup & sandwich appeared ok to eat…
I ended up throwing out both apples because the 2 of them were touching eachother and I don’t wana chance getting poisoned from cross contamination

The Huntley Area Chamber of Commerce was invited for luch to try their new Panera Era menu. The weather was great, so we sat outside on the patio while their attentive and awesome staff introduced themselves and brought out platters of their new sandwiches and salads. The new menu is absolutely fantastic! Whether looking for a comfortable, clean, well run restaurant for a quick bite (drivethrough too), catering for a personal or work event, I highly recommend that you try Panera.
My personal favorite menu item is the Toasted Italiano.

Smaller facility than other Panera’s so really no quiet, semi-private areas to meet. But food is consistent with the other facilities. Convenient location. Much needed in the area.

We ordered from the catering menu for 11 people. Everyone one of our lunches was PERFECT! The communication was perfect! Delivery was on time! I couldn’t be happier with the service and the food. I plan to do this again for future lunch meetings!
