I ordered the strawberry poppy seed salad. I wish I had gotten a picture. The strawberries looked like chunks of defrosted frozen berries. The salad had maybe a cups worth of all iceberg lettuce, and this was a full size salad. The entire thing was so sickeningly sweet and normally I love sweet things. This was just too much. I had to pick around the berries. Maybe they were soaked in sugar water or something cause it was almost unpalatable. It was 3:30 on a Monday when I went. Needless to say, it wasn’t busy. There were hardly any bakery items, toilet paper was out in one stall of the women’s room, and there were no paper towels. I was extremely disappointed with my experience here and the salad was definitely not worth the money.

The older gentleman working the check out counter is always friendly and helpful. Have been here twice and he was helpful both times, I have avoided dining inside Panera for a while because of bad service I’d received in the past however this employee / manager is always so nice, I feel comfortable returning!

Large dining room if you want to sit inside. Easy drive through if you just need to grab and go. You can order online for pick up, which makes it even faster.

I was in Panera about a half hour before closing on 5/6/23 and I noticed the floor was slippery so I brought it to the asst. Manager’s attention, Kelly. He stated there were caution signs but there were none even close to the slippery areas that I pointed out. He was very short and I mentioned that a safety issue should be seriously addressed. He failed to address the issue. I found his whole behavior toward me seriously lacked good customer service. He was more interested in avoiding the issue and his answers belied that avoidance. More ensued but I will address his further bad behavior when the store manager contacts me through this review.

Love this Panera drive-thru they are so fast and nice! The menu is also easy to read and close to the car. They’ve gotten so many new options recently that I’m so excited to try like their chicken sandwich. My favorite food from here is the turkey avocado BLT. It is so yummy and filling. I also love their mac & cheese so much. there are many options for dietary restrictions as well.

If you enjoy coffee with your milk and a stale bun, then this is the Panera for you. My sandwich was not close to being how it should taste and the coffee was nonexistent in my drink. It was basically a milkshake. Very disappointed with Panera, I feel no no matter how many times I try to go here something is always wrong.

Missing sandwiches, wrong orders, and previous frozen salads. Tried calling during non-peak hours to talk to a manager after each occasion, but I only get hung up on. If I didn’t have two hungry kids in tow, I’d go back in person. Salads are over priced for the quality you get at this location.

I was craving Panera’s Mac and Cheese so my husband and I came here for dinner. The women at the counters were very polite and provided us great customer service. There was a misunderstanding on my part and I thought I told the employee I wanted 1 apple and 1 bag of chips but I misheard the employee so they brought out 2 apples. I went back and told them we didn’t touch the apple and that I misunderstood and asked for a bag of chips. She was very kind and let us keep the apple and gave us a bag of chips free of charge. The mac and cheese was delicious as always too!
