All the food was cold and we spent $50. No Chipotle sauce on my sandwich and my “warm bowls” were fridge cold. Not worth the money. So disappointed. Not coming back.

Food was fine but the place was so dirty. From the moment I walked in the door the glass that has the baked goods behind in it so dirty. Then when we went to sit down none of the tables were clean the floor was disgusting food all over the carpet. Seats needed to be wiped down. I rarely write reviews but someone needs to know this place needs to be deep cleaned. I almost didn’t want to eat my food because of how dirty it was.

Most of the time I just get drinks, sometimes bagels and sweets, either way great food, also has 3 kiosk so that you can do your own order instead of waiting in line. Only Con is just pay the workers more so you can keep them, the store seems to be training someone most of the times I go in there, which slows down the process, or they are short staffed to the point where they have to close off different sections.

I don’t know what the portions are for Panera or if I just need to order extra but this was not a full packed teriyaki and broccoli bowl at all. I know for a fact it gets packed to the point where the food is close to the rim of the bowl. It was delicious, for sure but half way empty basically!

Panera what is going on … this restaurant is filthy! The bread on 2 sandwiches we had was old and hard and the side bread … the inside of the building was so dirty we chose to eat outside. The side fruit salad was moldy .. i’m so disappointed
