This review serves as evidence in case I get sick. Panera Bread on Touhy will be held responsible. I ordered the Fuji apple salad and didn’t notice the bottom half of the salad was rotten until I ate most of the salad toppings. I asked the manger for a refund, but he wanted to argue that half the salad was eaten instead. I tried explaining that I ate the toppings (top half) and didn’t notice the lettuce was rotten until I got to the bottom half. The manger was adamant on shaming and humiliating me for trying to get a refund. The manager even picked up the lettuce, looked at how rotten it was, and still made it seem like I was in the wrong for asking for a refund. I am sharing my review, names, information, and pictures to corporate. There is no way I should have to pay for a rotten salad that will potentially give me food poisoning.

It was on my way so I stopped to get a large chocolate latte , it is not called mocha here. And got a pastry as well, the order was fast and the latte was not filled as I liked it but tasted good. They offer free parking and a driveway to order. It is a modern looking panera so I sat and enjoyed the latte on a nice comfortable chair. I’ll stop by if I’m near this location.

Overall good and friendly staff and sandwiches are great but they need a warmer to keep online deliveries warm they put it on a wire rack under the fans and air conditioning so by the time you get there the bag is only less than lukewarm !!

Strawberry poppyseed chicken salad was sad. Didn’t come close to filling the bowl and maybe folks like extra pineapple and mandarin orange but I would prefer more greens and less dressing.

This Panera Bread is fantastic! The staff is always friendly and accommodating, even when handling unique requests from a Frenchman like cutting and toasting a whole baguette to eat it with cheese and butter . I highly recommend this place for their great service and delicious food!

Food was good, we didn’t have to wait a lot for it, but the big minus is the fact that they close the register at 9pm and store is open until 9:30. It just doesn’t make any sense.

Nastiest food ever I never had such terrible costumer service before and I used my family used to own two restaurants and was a manager the workers are not only rude there were several hairs in my food. I paid over 28$ for hair in my food and unedible bagels .

Photos show the very little amount of dressing that was packaged with my Asian Sesame Chicken salad. I didn’t ask for extra dressing because a regular amount should be enough. This is way less than regular amount. It was bad enough that Panera changed the recipe of this once amazing salad, now they just expect you to eat dry lettuce for $8. Do better, Panera.
