I ordered a Greek salad with chicken. It did not disappoint. Feta cheese, just the right portion, onions, olives, lettuce, tomatoes, and the salad dressing felt like a perfect mixture. I chose to get a piece of bread as a side but I believe there is a choice of soup as a side. As I looked at the pastries they offer I couldn’t help but think they care make with quality. I tried a blueberry muffin. No complaints. Delicious and made with quality. I believe you can count on quality and tasty dishes no matter what you order.

First visit to this location. The cashier was cheery, smiling, and quick. Ordered a lightly toasted cinnamon crunch bagel. The top was amazing as usual! The bottom tasted like a totally different bagel and it has seeds on it. Not good. 🙁

Honestly the most organized, fast, clean and airy and sunny Panera around. I have sip membership and I parked myself at this Skokie Panera for the most day when I work from home. I over hear some of the most genuine conversations from people who gather here to meet friends regularly. There tend to be a lot of senior and influential retirees there talking about important topics if you listen and watch people. It’s such a great “third” place for me and many. Thank you store managers for running such tight ship. Every employee there is always helpful and courteous and smiling. It makes it very easy to want to be surrounded yourself here when you just want to put your heads down and keep the coffee flowing…

There was a strange, pasty looking boy wearing a huge cross around his neck at the registers this past weekend. He claimed to be the manager but looked so bored and lazy, and completely unwilling to be be helpful at all. I was very surprised by this as there has always been a very pleasant female manager there these past few years. The soups have been getting waterier lately and now the service is also going downhill.

Love this location despite how busy it’s always. Every time we go, it’s hard to find a empty table. Many hang out there and spend lots of time, chatting with friends, relatives and/or using a computer. So whoever needs to eat, has to run to get a empty table. In my opinion, the restaurant should put a time limit for customers. The food is excellent.

Is it just me or is Panera bread are getting so expensive and items are getting smaller at the same time? I begin to buy less here these days.

Yes, their bagels and pastries are very good. Bagels are firm and chewy but it’s just so small. But they do have an inviting seating area to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Placed on online delivery order and most of it was wrong. I’m usually pretty forgiving if one small minor thing was missed as I know this time of year gets busy, but for just about the entire order to be wrong is completely unacceptable. One person couldn’t eat any of their meal because the modification was not made. All of our sides were missing too. Calling online customer support didn’t help much either, only got a partial refund and a credit. Better to go to a different location then to risk this happening again.

They lied about having one muffie left and sold me a nonexistent product. I have autism, so I don’t want to order anything else, and bc I used rewards points I guess they couldn’t refund me???? So I literally wasted ALL my rewards points. Awesome. Do NOT reccomend. The manager lady was mean to me >:0

The cleanliness of this restaurant was alarming, the dust hanging off the ceiling and wall decor could have dropped into my soup bowl at any moment. Not to mention the trash splatter all over the wall around the trash cans.

We ordered breakfast sandwiches: egg, cheese and sausage, and egg, cheese and ham, both on brioche bread. And cinnamon roll and bear claw pastries. Everything came up quickly. I liked my iced coffee. It’s rather expensive for what you get… The aforementioned cost over $37, and there was a button to add a tip! Still you can’t go wrong with Panera bread if you want a dependable breakfast meal.
